Research On Poverty Alleviation Of Social Security In Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture

In recent years,China's economy has continued to develop and the people's living standards have reached a new level.However,it is not easy to overlook that in the process of our country's economy becoming the second largest economy,my poverty issue remains prominent.The poverty population in China is mainly distributed in old revolutionary areas,ethnic areas,border areas,and contiguous areas.The task of anti-poverty in the minority areas in China is still very arduous and urgent.Social security through the national income redistribution policy can effectively adjust the distribution of social income,reduce the gap between the rich and the poor,and safeguard social fairness and justice.This article focuses on the economic conditions,the status quo,and the empirical relationship between social security and poverty in the social security system in Xiangxi Prefecture.On the basis of collecting and reading a large amount of literature and data,using qualitative and quantitative methods,using EVIEWS7.0 regression analysis of the collected data.At the same time,the VAR model was used to test the empirical equations constructed,and the impact of each index on the poverty rate in Xiangxi Prefecture was obtained.The main contents are as follows:In terms of theoretical research,it mainly expounds domestic and foreign scholars' research on social security and poverty,and relevant analysis of Marx's related fairness theory,welfare economics theory,and Faberrich's report.At the same time,on the basis of the theory,the status quo of social security in poverty alleviation in Xiangxi Prefecture has been further studied.For quantitative research,this paper constructs a social security level indicator system in Xiangxi Prefecture and selects three other control indicators that affect the poverty rate.The article selected relevant indicators from the urban and rural residents' pension insurance and minimum living guarantee to construct a social security index system.The index of comprehensive evaluation of social security is calculated using the method of entropy weight,and the ratio of poverty population to the total population is used to derive the poverty rate that represents the level of poverty.Further use the VAR model to carry out a regression analysis of the social security level and comprehensive poverty scores,and draw a correlation between social security and pocket-size poverty alleviation.Based on empirical results,the prospect of social security at the end of the Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture has been put forward to help the poor,which is to stabilize the economic foundation for social security to support poverty alleviation,to achieve the transition from social security to development,to optimize the social security system to reduce poverty,optimize the social security fundraising mechanism,We will improvethe interface between social security supervision mechanisms and social security policies and poverty reduction and development policies.
