collaborative innovation,due to the differences in cognition,opinions and goals between organizations,task conflicts inevitably accompany each other,and will affect the cooperative behaviors of cooperative subjects.The effective management and rational utilization of task conflict is an important link and step in the process of distributed collaborative innovation network to complete collaborative innovation tasks.Reviews the existing research both at home and abroad,academic circles is generally believed that the impact of task conflict on organizational mainly for the constructive role,how to from the characteristics of distributed collaborative innovation network,explore the cooperation between the main body of task conflict mediation mechanism by which affect innovative cooperative behavior,as well as in different network structure,what factors for task conflict and cooperation behavior regulation happens,the distributed collaborative innovation network context of conflict management,provides a new path.At present,most studies on conflict management at home and abroad focus on the internal or inter-organizational level,and there is a lack of systematic research on inter-organizational conflict management,especially on the task conflict of distributed collaborative innovation network.Therefore,it is not only a new topic to analyze the impact of task conflict of distributed collaborative innovation network on innovation cooperation behavior,but also the need of distributed collaborative innovation management practice.This study attempts to both at home and abroad scholars on the study of existing pearl shell,combing there are distributed collaborative innovation networks,task conflict and cooperation behavior theoretical foundation and effective research conclusion,reasonable utilization to the hypothesis of the theory and method of inference,this paper in different distributed collaborative innovation network structure,by the empirical method and data analysis,to scientific research hypothesis verification,the results are obtained.Firstly,through literature research and summarization,the network characteristics of distributed collaborative innovation are analyzed,and the concepts and dimensions closely related to this study such as relationship contract,relationship trust,network relationship and network members are defined.The concept and dimension of innovative cooperative behavior and cooperative intention are defined.Defines the concept of task conflict and dimensions,and the analysis of the vertical and horizontal two structures of distributed collaborative innovation networks,task conflict affect innovation pattern of cooperative behavior and evolution path,building distributed collaborative innovation network task conflict impact on cooperative behavior mechanism analysis framework,for the study of distributed collaborative innovation task conflict of innovation cooperation behavior influence mechanism provides a theoretical basis.Secondly,explore the precondition factors of task conflict in distributed collaborative innovation network.Build the 3 d model of cooperative task conflict between main reason,through the analysis of knowledge factors,structural factors,interest on the path to the influence of task conflict,empirically tested using structural equation,the study found that the knowledge factor,structure factor,benefit factor and has significant positive effect on task conflict,at the same time,the study found that the structure factors and interests are of intellectual factors have significant effect,and through the knowledge factors affect task conflict.Third,explore the impact mechanism of vertical structure distributed collaborative innovation network task conflict on innovation cooperative behavior.In the vertically structured distributed collaborative innovation network,based on the theory of planned behavior,the direct impact of task conflict on innovative cooperative behavior is mainly studied,and the mechanism by which task conflict indirectly influences innovative cooperative behavior through the mediating effect of cooperative intention is also studied.At the same time,based on contract theory and trust theory,the moderating effects of relationship contract and trust on task conflict,cooperative intention and innovative cooperative behavior are studied.The empirical results show that task conflict has a significant direct impact on cooperative behavior,and cooperative intention plays an intermediary role.Relationship contract has a moderating effect on task conflict and innovative cooperative behavior,and relationship trust has a moderating effect on task conflict and cooperative intention.In the process of collaborative innovation,cooperative subjects can effectively adjust the impact and effect of task conflict on cooperative intention and innovative cooperative behavior by controlling the construction of contract and the strengthening of trust.Fourth,explore the impact mechanism of horizontal structure distributed collaborative innovation network task conflict on cooperative behavior.Based on the theory of network structure and the theory of time frame effect,the moderating effect of network members and network relations on task conflict,cooperative intention and innovative cooperative behavior in horizontal structure distributed cooperative innovation network is studied.The empirical results show that the time-frame effect moderates the relationship between task conflict and innovative cooperative behavior,task conflict and cooperative intention.Relationship intensity and network centrality have moderating effects on task conflict and cooperative behavior,task conflict and cooperative intention shutdown.In the process of collaborative innovation,cooperative subjects can effectively adjust the impact and effect of task conflict on cooperative intention and innovative cooperative behavior by controlling relationship strength and network centrality,coordinating effective measures of time frame effect. |
