In the 1990 s,with the advent of the information age,the process of globalization of the world economy has made rapid progress. Many large enterprises have embarked on the global strategy, and small and medium-sized enterprises are not confined to a narrow geographical space.Since then, the innovation strategy of modern enterprises have been challenged. In the process of about 30 years, not only the innovation practice of enterprises has advanced rapidly, but also the theory of innovation has been developed far-reaching.Distributed Innovation,as a new strategic model of technological innovation, has reconciled the contradiction between the demand for enterprise expansion and the geographical restriction of resources, and has become an important strategic choice for high-tech enterprises.Taking listed companies in information industry as samples, this paper analyses the impact of distributed innovation strategy on innovation performance.Three hypotheses are proposed: the effect of R&D investment on innovation performance, the moderating effect of R&D concentration degree and the moderating effect of parent company’s correlation intensity. Finally, through empirical analysis, the mechanism of distributed innovation on innovation performance is obtained. The innovation of this paper is to analyze the enterprise’s distributed innovation strategy from the perspective of social network, then variables are constructed according to the attributes of nodes and relationships in the distributed innovation network.Through a new perspective,It is hoped that this paper can provide an effective reference for enterprises’ innovation strategy practice.
