Research On Supply Chain Information Sharing Mechanism And Management Mode Based On Blockchain

In recent years,in society life the wide application of information technology such as cloud computing,Internet of things,artificial intelligence,big data and so on,has promoted the development of supply chain.Information sharing is the key factor to decide the operation efficiency of the supply chain,at the same time is the research core content for supply chain management.While because the supply chain itself is a conscious dynamic organization,and at present most of the supply chain systems' different links' information are owned respectively,the business subjects in different links lack communication and mutual supervision,so the whole coordination operation efficiency of supply chain is still not very high.In addition,due to the openness of the supply chain itself,the business subjects of supply chain each link is not willing to open its own information for the demand of information security and privacy protection,that also further intensify the information asymmetry in each link of supply chain.The asymmetry of supply chain information can lead to the "bullwhip effect" problems of supply chain purchase order and inventory from terminal to source,the supervision deficiency problems of sales management and logistics distribution,etc.The information sharing of supply chain can promote to improve the management efficiency of supply chain,at present a great deal of related research results have been produced at domestic and foreign,however,these research results are on basis of algorithm model analysis and a large number of hypotheses,and haven't proposed effective operation mechanisms and management modes,so,to the practices,the guidance significances are limited.Blockchain is a decentralized distributed accounting technology,and at present blockchain has achieved widely attention from government,academic circle and industry circle of each country.The business system based on blockchain can provide information's undeniable authenticity proof for business operation,and can improve the transparency and traceability of business management,and the business system based on blockchain can provide information sharing integration network for business subjects,and realize the equality,autonomy and co-management for business subjects to business operation.On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the research progress of blockchain technology and supply chainmanagement,this paper researches supply chain information sharing mechanism and management mode based on blockchain.First of all,this paper aims at current supply chain management existing problems,with algorithmic model to analyze the value of supply chain information sharing,then combining the characteristics of blockchain to construct problem-solving business operation system(including information sharing mechanism and management mode under information sharing),continue carrying out the performance influence analysis to the proposed business operation system,and last designing an case.The main work of this paper is as following:First,constructing supply chain management algorithm models based on information sharing.On the basis of game theory,the game model on credit behaviors of supply chain business subjects is established,and the application value of multi-source data in supply chain management is analyzed,and the credit game process is simulated by using system dynamics model.The influence models of information sharing to supply chain management are constructed and analyzed based on information economics and other related theories,and the value transfer processes of information sharing in supply chain management are simulated by using system dynamics model.Second,constructiing supply chain information sharing mechanism based on blockchain.Colligating the supply chain architecture design,the information flow layer model of blockchain in supply chain network system,the information proof method and intelligent contract of blockchain in supply chain management,to research supply chain information operation method based on blockchain.From supply chain management system internal and external data constitution,multi-source data block recording method,and block structure constitution to research supply chain data recording method based on blockchain,from the construction of blockchain data virtual link relationship to research the data retrieval mode,on the basis of constructing cloud storage environment and block information storage mode to research the storage mechanism of blockchain,and propose the blockchain data access control method.Analyzing the value of blockchain applying in supply chain.Third,researching the management mode under supply chain information sharing based on blockchain.Researching the
