With the rapid development of fashion industry in the world,it has become an important driving force for the economic development of some countries or regions.Many domestic and foreign enterprises have taken design as an important way to improve their core competitiveness.It has become a hot issue for domestic and foreign enterprises to improve their innovative ability through design.Since the national strategy of innovation has imposed in China,domestic enterprises have begun to realize the importance of design in innovation ability improvement.Such as Huawei Technology Co.,Ltd.,Lenovo Group and Beijing Millet Technology Co.,Ltd.Through the establishment of a professional design team,they not only improves the speed of product innovation,but also better meets the consumers' pursuit of a better life.Based on technological innovation and driven by design innovation,the "double innovation" mode requires that enterprises should not only rely on the innovative ability of individual designers in the process of innovation,but also integrate designers with different abilities into an innovative team and realize the continuous creation of enterprises by means of advanced science and technology.The innovation ability of design team has become the core index to measure the innovation level of fashion enterprises,design enterprises and other related enterprises.The paper take fashion design team as the research object,fashion design team innovation ability connotation,evaluation,influencing factors and influencing mechanism were analyzed in depth,the specific content are as follows:Firstly,by combing the existing literature and combining the characteristics of fashion design team innovation,the paper analyse the affect of team heterogeneity,team innovation atmosphere,team external social capital on team learning and the innovation capability of fashion design team.The team goal dependence is introduced into the study.Through theoretical analysis and logical reasoning,the paper proposes the hypothesis and constructs a conceptual model of influencing factors of fashion design team innovation capability.The exploratory factor analysis,structural equation model,variance analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were used to analyze the conceptual model.Empirical results show that the different dimensions of team heterogeneity have different effects on the innovation ability of fashion design team.Team innovation climate and team external social capital have positive effects on the innovation ability of fashion design team.Team learning plays an intermediary role between team heterogeneity,team innovation climate and team external capital on innovation capability.Goal dependency plays a moderating role in team heterogeneity and learning of fashion design team.Secondly,the paper analyzes the relationship between design-driven innovation process and fashion design team innovation process from the perspective of design-driven innovation,and establishes the theoretical framework of fashion design team innovation capability.Based on this framework model,the paper defines and evaluates the innovation capability of fashion design team from three aspects: innovative basic ability,innovative transformation ability and innovative output ability,and constructs the evaluation system of innovation capability of fashion design team.The evaluation system includes three first-level indicators,eight second-level indicators and 18 third-level indicators.In the evaluation model,the basic ability of team innovation includes human resources,capital input and social and cultural knowledge acquisition,team innovation transformation ability includes team training and design and development efficiency,team innovation output ability includes product semantic innovation ability,product function innovation ability and product innovation efficiency.Thirdly,to solve the problem of BP-neural network algorithm is easy to fall into local optimum,a new improved DE-BP neural network algorithm is proposed.This method uses the improved DE algorithm to search in the whole solution space.It doesn't depend on the selection of the initial value of the population in the optimization process.The obtained weights and thresholds can be precise to a very small range,thus improving the uniformity of individual distribution.This algorithm is used to evaluate the innovation ability of fashion design teams in Shanghai,Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Beijing and Shenzhen.The test results of improved DE-BP neural network algorithm and BP neural network algorithm are compared.It is proved that the improved DE-BP neural network algorithm is effective in evaluating the innovation ability of fashion design teams.The influencing factors model of fashion design team innovation ability is constructed,which reveals the influencing mechanism and action mechanism of internal and external influencing factors on fashion design team innovation ability,and provides a clear path and method for improving team innovation ability.From the perspective of design-driven innovation,the paper constructs a fashion design team innovation ability evaluation model,enriches the theory of fashion design team innovation ability research and expands the scope and depth of team innovation research.Differential evolution algorithm is introduced to evaluate the innovation ability of fashion design team through improved DE-BP neural network algorithm,which provides a new method for evaluating the innovation ability of fashion design team.The paper provides ideas and theoretical support for promoting the healthy development of fashion industry and the management of fashion design team in related enterprises,and also provides reference for the government and industry to formulate corresponding work flow and standards.
