Innovation is the primary driving force for development.More than 50 times in the report of the 19 th national congress emphasized innovation,and China has set the goal of becoming a leading innovation-driven country by 2035.In the process of innovation development,many factors need to be invested,and talents are the basic elements of innovation development.Human resource has been regarded as the key advantage to promote the sustainable development of economy,and human creativity is the core element of human resource.According to the 2019 China statistical yearbook,the new generation employees not only gradually increased in number,and in the role of economic,social and other fields increasingly important,new generation employees have gradually become the main force of the labor market,become the indispensable important strength of enterprise and social development,so their creativity will deeply influence the innovation ability of enterprises and even the society as a whole.However,the whole society and enterprise managers regard the new generation of employees as "outcasts",believing that the new generation of employees have such negative characteristics as rebellion and contempt of authority.Therefore,it is of theoretical and practical significance to study the influence of enterprise leaders' negative cognition on the creativity of the new generation of employees.Therefore,based on existing domestic and foreign literature,this research defines negative cognition of leaders as Followership Anti-prototype(FAP),and constructs a model of the impact of leader following anti-prototype on the creativity of new generation of employees.Starting from the anti-prototype of Implicit Followership Theories(IFTs),the research objects are 330 leaders-followers of 10 enterprises in Liaoning and Jilin provinces.Using the literature research,grounded theory,based on the network questionnaire survey combined with a statistical test of the empirical research method,etc.,to build a leader' Followership Anti-prototype scale,studies the Followership Anti-prototype of the influence of the new generation employees' creativity,while testing the role of working passion and social self-efficacy.The results show that:first,the Followership Anti-prototype has a significant negative predictive effect on the creativity of the new generation of employees,and it also has a significant negative predictive effect on the work passion of the new generation of employees.Second,thework passion of the new generation of employees plays an intermediary role between the leader's Followership Anti-prototype and the creativity of the new generation of employees.Third,the social self-efficacy of the new generation of employees plays a negative regulating role between the Followership Anti-prototype and the passion of the new generation of employees.Fourth,the social self-efficacy of the new generation of employees weakens the mediating effect between the passion of the new generation of employees and the creativity of the new generation of employees.Based on the above verification,countermeasures are obtained to enhance leaders' self-cognition,enhance the creativity of the new generation of employees,the intervention strategies of the new generation of employees' work passion and the intervention strategies of the new generation of employees' social self-efficacy.These conclusions have certain implications for enhancing or avoiding weakening the individual creativity of the new generation of employees.The major contributions of the above researches are as follows: first,a leader'Followership Anti-prototype scale is developed based on the Chinese context,which can reveal the specific content and measurement indicators of leader's Followership Anti-prototype in the Chinese context,and also provides a measuring tool for future research on leader's Followership Anti-prototype in the Chinese context.Secondly,the influence model of leaders' Followership Anti-prototype on the creativity of the new generation of employees is constructed.This model finds another way for leaders to influence employees' creativity.At the same time,this study conducts the research on the influence of the anti-prototype on employees' creativity,and forms a complete perspective to interpret creativity together with the existing research on the influence of the following prototype on employees' creativity,which is also a beneficial supplement to the research on Implicit Following Theory.Thirdly,social self-efficacy is introduced into the field of organizational behavior.In response to the call of scholars to introduce social self-efficacy into organizational behavior,this study extended the research context of social self-efficacy to work context,and realized the purpose of expanding the research context of social self-efficacy.
