The above research provides a new method for the practical application of international logistics system planning.Cross-border e-commerce has successfully built a free and open trading platform in the world,and has become a new fulcrum for the growth of China's export trade.With the rapid increase of cross-border e-commerce transaction volume,cross-border e-commerce logistics has become a key factor affecting the efficiency of enterprises.In order to solve the problems of high cost and poor timeliness of international logistics services for cross-border e-commerce,and to localize cross-border trade and enhance consumers' shopping experience,many cross-border e-commerce companies have introduced overseas warehouse business.However,although the overseas warehouse mode of cross-border e-commerce international logistics effectively improves the logistics timeliness,greatly reduces the logistics transportation cost and solves many exchange rate tax and fee problems,it is also troubled by large investment in the early stage and long profit cycle,and faces the risk of unsalable commodity inventory,which brings potential risks to the operation of enterprises.Therefore,how to improve the overall efficiency of cross-border e-commerce international logistics network under the new mode of overseas warehouse,and find the application equilibrium point to improve customer service level and reduce logistics costs has become a hot issue at home and abroad.International logistics is an important part of international trade process.The logistics mode of cross-border e-commerce shortens the value chain and speeds up the speed of international logistics,but also makes the research of cross-border logistics network more complex.The optimization problem of international logistics network overseas warehouse under the new model often contains multi-dimensional objectives and multiple variables.It is a NP-complete problem.With the increase of the target space and the number of variables,its solution increases exponentially and it is difficult to obtain a satisfactory solution.Aiming at this kind of complex dynamic multi-dimensional objective optimization problem,this paper intends to apply the multi-variable and multi-dimensional objective solving optimization problem to the overseas warehouse model of cross-border e-commerce international logistics,and makes a systematic and in-depth study on the optimization of international logistics network based on logistics cost,customer satisfaction and logistics time window.The research results are as follows:1)By analyzing the structure characteristics of the international logistics network of cross-border e-commerce under the mode of overseas warehouse,and through problem description and parameter definition,the logistics network of cross-border e-commerce under the mode of sea transportation and air transportation is modeled respectively.Aiming at logistics cost and customer satisfaction,a multi-objective model of two-dimensional international logistics network of cross-border e-commerce shipping mode is established;aiming at logistics cost,customer satisfaction and time cost,a multi-objective model of three-dimensional international logistics network of cross-border e-commerce air transportation mode is established.2)Aiming at the multi-objective model of international logistics network based on the two-dimensional cross-border e-commerce shipping mode of logistics cost and customer satisfaction under the overseas warehouse mode,the MOEA / D algorithm solution method based on the linear insertion direction vector strategy is studied.In terms of variable processing,a variable decomposition algorithm based on weight vector adjustment is proposed,which makes the weight vector,search direction and Pareto optimal solution interrelated,accurately introduces the linear insertion search direction to improve the diversity of solution set and the overall quality of solution set,and is applied to the optimal configuration of international logistics overseas warehouse mode under the two-dimensional target cross-border e-commerce shipping mode.The feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified by case study.3)Aiming at the multi-objective model of international logistics network based on three-dimensional cross-border e-commerce air transportation mode,which is based on logistics cost,customer satisfaction and time cost,this paper studies the high-dimensional objective evolution algorithm based on alpha domination.In the multi-dimensional target processing,the high-dimensional target evolution algorithm based on alpha domination is proposed to process the high-dimensional target.The improved algorithm based on alpha partial order high-dimensional objective optimization can remove most of the blocked solutions,and greatly improve the convergence of the solution while maintaining the relatively good diversity of solutions.The algorithm is applied to the optimal configuration of three-dimensional objective cross-border e-commerce air transport international logistics overseas warehouse mode,and its feasibility and effectiveness are verified by case analysis.The innovation of this paper lies in the establishment of multi-dimensional objective overseas warehouse model of cross-border e-commerce international logistics network to solve dynamic multi-objective logistics network optimization problem,and provide a new method for practical application problems such as international logistics system planning.On research issues,through dynamic optimization of logistics system,the optimal allocation of resources and the optimal combination of elements are achieved,and the objectives of resource saving,service-oriented and logistics activities optimization are achieved.On technical routes,through more advanced diversity maintenance strategies,the convergence of solution sets is improved,while the diversity of solution sets is maintained or even improved,so as to improve the overall performance of solution sets.In the application of the method,the overseas warehouse model of cross-border e-commerce international logistics network without considering time window and time window is simulated,and the validity of the model and algorithm is verified.
