| The purpose of this correlational study was to examine the degree to which a relationship exists among the Buffalo Sabres management's entrepreneurial leadership style (ELS), the team performance of the Buffalo Sabres, and the socioeconomics of Buffalo, New York. By attempting to reveal the correlation among the Buffalo Sabres management's entrepreneurial leadership style (ELS), the team performance of the Buffalo Sabres, and the socioeconomics of Buffalo, New York, this quantitative correlational study may help to expose that team leadership not only impacts the performance of the team, but it also impacts the socioeconomics within the team's locality. In order to determine whether one or more factors may influence the leadership qualities as established by the ELS, the Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient was used to conclude that there was a degree of relationship among the variables. The final dissertation reveals the pertinent and practical application of the ELS with regard to professional sports team leadership. |
