This study is on the basis of Industrial Economics, Statistics, Value chain theory and Optimization theory, using the methods of quantitative analysis, based on the existing research at home and abroad. Firstly, it analyzed our country's energy production and consumption structure as well as the main factors which influenced the formation of energy structure. Secondly, by the use of the date of main energy industrys'total energy consumption, this research methodically analyzed the relation of energy demand and the national economy growth. Thirdly, in consideration of the constrains of resources, environment, the controlled quantity of carbon emissions and other factors, this research constructed a modified grey system forecasting model. And quantitatively forcasted our country's energy supply and demand in the next decade by the use of Department Analytic Method, Elastic Coefficient Method, and modified grey system forecasting model. In the end, this research proposed the ideals, routing and some concerned suggestions of China's optimization of energy system structure.
