With the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization,the acceleration of the new urbanization process and the promotion of the national policy of ecological protection and poverty alleviation,a large number of population loss and local regression coexist in mountain rural settlements.The development trend of relocation and agglomeration has become increasingly prominent,and the contradictions between the empty and unreasonable expansion of villages,tourism development and ecological protection have become more prominent.All these have made the original calm Social-Ecological System of mountain settlements change dramatically.As a typical sample of this phenomenon,the contradiction is more prominent.When the ecological migration is basically completed,the villages are still declining,the development direction of settlements is more controversial in many small watersheds with a span of hundreds of square kilometers,which are widely distributed in the southern foot of Qinling Mountains.Especially,in the Qinling Mountains,apart from the cities,towns and villages along the main and secondary rivers,a large number of settlements are scattered in small watersheds.They are not only the "disturbance" of natural ecology,but also a part of the mountain system.They are the important support for the sustainable protection of forestry,the development of ecological agriculture and the realization of recreational value.They are also an important part of the continuation of rural memory and the different types of human settlements.Therefore,its "building or not building" and "how to build" must be carefully considered.Especially in the context of the acceleration of rural development and the strengthening of ecological concepts,it is the most important problem that must be faced and urgently needed to be solved.For this reason,on the basis of theoretical research,this paper takes many small watersheds in Qianyou River Zhashui section as an example,organized by the logic of “Summary of spatial aggregation association representation-Inherent mechanism exploration and type induction-Health Development assessment and optimizing suggestions”,and makes a thorough analysis and discussion:Firstly,with the aid of A.N.syrahler's watershed division scheme,the small watershed determined by the relevant standards and the study are refined in three levels,and the nested relationships and characteristics of watersheds at different levels are sorted out.And it matched with the existing village group division,carried out the selection and investigation of typical case small watershed,and carried out the analysis of the development trend of rural settlement spatial agglomeration coupled with small watershed subdivision.At the same time,with the help of RROD and GIS core density estimation theory and methods,The "setting" of "core-point agglomeration area" and the extraction of spatial system and specific forms are carried out,and the research foundation of satisfying the spatial characteristics of Small Watershed and suitable for Coupling Analysis and Quantitative Comparison of Social Impact Elements of Settlements is constructed.Secondly,in order to find out more clearly the specific characteristics and intrinsic mechanism of spatial agglomeration of small watershed settlements,this paper investigates and analyses the characteristics of industrial development,household income and interaction between production and residence in small watershed in different periods and levels.And based on the reference and application of "field" theory and around specific "correlation" changes,this paper combs the basic characteristics of spatial agglomeration of settlements in small watershed,and meke the defination of core agglomeration areas by the four types of "basic type","compound type" and "recreational type","representational type".And combining with the previous "core point" aggregation space system and related research parameters,five aggregation types and nine aggregation forms based on "non-core point","single-core point","dual-core point" and "multi-core point" with different strong and weak correlation characteristics are summarized.Finally,based on the analysis of ecological suitability and social ecological related research,on the summary of the Three-Life integration of society and ecosystem in small watershed,combined with the "pressure-state-response" health assessment method,the index factors were screened,and the PSR health development evaluation system of small watershed and core-point agglomeration area was constructed.And by the comprehensive comparison of various indicators,the focus of data,and the reanalysis of existing problems and phenomena,The concepts of "core point agglomeration unit" and "small watershed regionalization unit" have been upgraded,and the "small watershed regionalization system" based on point-axis agglomeration has been constructed.Based on this,the "three-level linkage" optimization model with different emphasis and the "three-generation and two-control" optimization measures with emphasis on unit management and control are put forward in order to better solve the initial problems.
