Language is one of the basic elements of an ethnic group,also is the wealth of human creation.Language is part of culture and the carrier of language,it is logically thinking tool which make the social activities beteween people,language is the need of human communication and expression,is the need of cultural transmission.Peoples of the world create many kinds of languages in social activities,meet the needs of their communication,emotion and culture.The diversity of language bring vigor and vitality to the world.The Ewenki language belongs to the Manchu-Tungusic language,it is formed by the long-term production and life of Ewenki people,also most of the Ewenki use it in their daily life.The Evenk language is a unique folk culture that is one of the important characteristics of the Ewenki,is the embodiment of the ethnic character and emotion of Ewenki,and at the same time present of the way Ewenki people express how to view and to learn the world.The Ewenki language is a cross-border ethnic language without words,due to the different social environment,the usage is not the same.Although the population of Ewenki in Russia and China almost equal distribution,but in Russian Siberia Ewenki people mastering their own language is running.According to some scholars,the applied situation of Ewenki language in the China is better than in the Russian,professor Yang Hunen predicts:"this means that it is inevitable that in certain Ewenki ethnic and linguistic development lead should be handed over to the China side.If you don't take any measures,the Ewenki language in Siberia will disappear within two generations,while in China this side can survive indefinitely." In China there is not much population use the Ewenki language,despite the mode of production and the social environment is changing,but it as the main communication language of the Ewenki ethnic groups,especially the residental area of the Ewenki people,it is still handed down from generation to generation,this is a very interesting phenomenon.In the process of modernization,the applied situation and the future development trend of the Ewenki language are worth exploring.the Ewenki language as one of the world language system,it has the characteristics of their own independent,it formed in the process of inheriting the relatively independent language ecological system,in this system,the inheritance content and expressing environment inheriting the field each part of the play to their respective functions,such as role and influence each other,and constantly promote the heritage of the language in the associated interaction.In this paper,on the premise of respect for human cultural diversity and cultural materialism theory of research methods,from the perspective of education anthropology,adopt the method of field work,Collect first-hand information,focus on "people" in the role of language transfer,based on language ecology theory,theory of functionalism,interactive transmission model theory,and a casein at Inner Mongolia autonomous region Ewenki Autonomous Banner,in-depth excavation of the Ewenki language inheritance factor,it includes the characteristic and function of the inheritance subject,content,environment,field,and discusses in detail the features and functions of these elements;mutual relation and interaction between the elements through a certain way,Reveals how the elements linked to interact with each other in the transmission system,thus forming process of the Ewenki language inheritance mechanism.The last,trying to explore the inheritance of the Ewenki language effective measures and education of the Ewenki language from the state,community,school,family,etc.National policy support include giving ethnic language option right,strengthen language minority legislation protection,set up in line with the practice language policy;Community language environment creation including the rich and colorful community activities,to create a harmonious community culture environment,and a variety of language transmission,etc;Act within a school field include school environment,teachers,curriculum establishment,teaching,teaching material,examination evaluation system,the higher education system,etc,to create a good condition for the language inheritance;Family language policy to guide the improvement of cultural quality,the cultivation of the concept of multicultural ism for family members,upgrading recognition beteween family members and so on.so as to promote children learn the Ewenki in the school field,community,family,is conducive to the present language continues to exert its functions such as communication,emotion,culture,and be conducive to the protection of the Ewenki language transfer,realize the harmonious life.
