The Tumen River Culture Resources Development Research

Tumen River Culture is the accumulation of material and intellectual activities throughout the social activities of people of Tumen River area.Tumen River Culture is an asset While developing and exchanging with outside, it also utilized the natural resources, developed cultural economy, local brand. It served as the window and brand for cultural and economic exchange with other cultures, and helped attract investment from outside.Recently, through utilization of natural resources, speed up of infrastructure development, establishing academic forums, emphasis of cultural festivities, Tumen River Culture helped boost the local economy and facilitated the economic exchange with other culture, elevating the development of Tumen River Culture to the level of national strategic importance. However, the discovery of natural resources still have many untapped potentials. Many resources are underdeveloped or even undeveloped. For these resources, in depth analysis must be performed so mat the resources are developed with a plan to its full potential. Thus, this article starts with cultural research, analyzes the main aspects of current Tumen River Culture, discovers the issues, and provide proposals regarding development of natural resources of Tumen River area for the government and other related institutions in solving the problems facing the Tumen River Culture.This article has 4 chapters, consisting of the introduction, main body, and the conclusions.Chapter one is the introduction.
