Sports dance is a new sports art project closely combined with sports and art.In order to cultivate the sports dance compound applied talents with the integration of "teaching,table making,editing and training",since 2001,various sports colleges and universities have successively set up the undergraduate education courses of sports dance,and learned from the development experience of art colleges and universities,relying on the sports professional characteristics of sports colleges and universities to improve the social competitiveness of students.However,due to the sports dance in China's sports colleges and universities to carry out a short time,the overall strength of teachers is still relatively weak,has not yet formed a more systematic Sports Dance Teachers' professional literacy promotion and evaluation system“ In the nineteen major reports of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed the need to "give priority to the development of education,strengthen the building of teachers' ethics,and build a contingent of high-quality teachers".Therefore,we need to fully understand the current situation of Sports Dance Teachers' professional literacy,and on this basis,put forward the sustainable development plan and strategy to promote the comprehensive improvement of Sports Dance Teachers' professional literacy.This paper takes the professional literacy of sports dance teachers in sports colleges and universities as the research object,adopts the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,grounded theory,Delphi method,mathematical statistics and so on,through the investigation and research of sports dance teachers in 15 sports colleges and universities in China,constructs the evaluation index system of Sports Dance Teachers' professional literacy in sports colleges and universities.By using the evaluation system,this paper tries to evaluate and analyze the randomly selected teachers of three sports colleges,diagnose the existing problems of teachers,examine the current situation of their professional development,find out the existing problems,analyze the causes,and clarify their professional development goals,so as to put forward strategies for improving the professional literacy of sports dance teachers in sports colleges,For the next stage of their own development to make predictions and planning,to promote the sustainable development of Sports Dance Teachers' professional literacy.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn(1)Through the construction of Sports Dance Teachers' professional literacy evaluation system in China's sports colleges,it is found that for sports dance teachers,professional concept and ethics,professional ability and professional knowledge are the most important three dimensions,which also constitute the three first level indicators of Sports Dance Teachers' professional literacy evaluation system.The index system is divided into three levels,in addition to the above three first level indicators,professional understanding and understanding,attitude and behavior towards students,attitude and behavior towards education and teaching,teacher's self-cultivation,teaching ability,team leading training ability,performance ability,choreography ability,innovation ability,pedagogical knowledge,professional technology of sports dance,theoretical knowledge of sports discipline Art theory knowledge and professional application knowledge constitute 14 secondary indicators,while there are 47 tertiary indicators.(2)From the weight,we can get the more important indicators of Sports Dance Teachers' professional literacy evaluation: A12 teachers' professional ideal and professionalism,A41 teachers' cultural accomplishment,C25 sports dance partners' technical action cooperation,C34 sports biomechanics knowledge,B15 teachers' demonstration ability,B52 scientific research and innovation ability,b43 drama work arrangement ability,the ability of Sports Dance Teachers' professional literacy evaluation B25 has the ability of training and competition,C11 pedagogy knowledge,B32 dance body expression.These indicators are the professional literacy that experts believe teachers should focus on at this stage.(3)Using the evaluation system constructed in this study to evaluate the professional literacy of sports dance teachers in three sports colleges,it is found that the overall situation of Sports Dance Teachers' professional literacy in sports colleges is between good and medium,which can meet the needs of cultivating professional talents,but there is still a lot of room for teachers to improve.The professional literacy of sports dance teachers in sports colleges and universities in economically developed areas is relatively high,while the professional literacy of teachers in Western economically underdeveloped areas is relatively weak.(4)The structure of sports dance teachers in sports colleges and universities is relatively complex,showing different levels of teachers with different educational experiences,There are six sources:(1)at the beginning of sports dance education,teachers who came from difficult and beautiful events;(2)The undergraduate course is a teacher specialized in physical education;(3)After a short period of professional training before the college entrance examination,the professional improvement stage is mainly teachers who have been in the University for four years;(4)Teachers who have experience in technical secondary school education;(5)Graduated from Beijing Dance Academy;(6)Undergraduate is a high-level athlete teacher who enrolls students independently through sports training major.The teachers who graduated from art college have rich art knowledge,strong ability of arranging plays and works,but their sports knowledge needs to be improved;The teachers who have experienced the single move have strong ability in arranging competitive sets,but their art knowledge is relatively weak.Different teachers' education experience makes the structure of teachers' professional literacy very different,and the level is also uneven.(5)The education idea of sports dance teachers in sports colleges and universities is at the middle level;Teachers attach importance to the cultivation of professional skills,ignore the overall quality education,and despise the study of theoretical knowledge;Teachers' cultural foundation,pedagogical knowledge,physical education knowledge,musicology knowledge,scientific research ability,modern information technology application ability and English level need to be further improved;The old teachers have rich theoretical knowledge,professional skills need to be strengthened,and the young teachers have strong demonstration ability,but their theoretical level needs to be further improved;Teachers have strong ability to arrange competitive routines and combined movements,but their ability to create plays needs to be further improved.(6)The outstanding feature of sports dance is "double dance" carried out by "men and women cooperation".In the teaching process,men and women with demonstration,can play an intuitive effect,students can intuitively see the double position of dance action,including the male partner's lead and female partner's follow state,as well as the movement route and track,easy to achieve good teaching effect.In this paper,four of the 15 sports colleges and universities have double demonstration dance movements,the other 11 colleges and universities are single teachers into the classroom,teachers should not only demonstrate male steps and body movements,but also demonstrate female steps and body rhythm.This kind of teaching situation,which is different from the characteristics of other projects,also puts forward more requirements for sports dance teachers.(7)Schools should take more measures to strengthen the construction of teachers and improve teachers' professional literacy.Individual teachers need to establish lifelong learning consciousness,pay attention to the study of art knowledge,and activate the innovative ability of play arrangement;With the help of multimedia technology,make up for their own lack of demonstration ability;Strengthen their own cultural knowledge accumulation,enrich professional theoretical knowledge;Establish the awareness of project characteristics,promote the integration of sports and art.
