Research On Marx's View Of Nature

The purpose of this paper is to analyse and comprehend Marx's view of nature and its comtemporary value, from the point of view of Marx's dual critique of modernity, that is, the critique of metaphysics and the critique of capital.With the help of interactive analysis of classic works and intellectual history, this paper studies the change and essence of western view of nature systematically and fully, especially the change of western view of nature since modern times and modern German view of nature. Then the paper demonstrates the original orientation of nature as the principle and realm of immanence, the highlighting of modern mechanical view of nature and its contemprary value, especially analyses Hegel's view of nature critically. All of these will be the idea backgroud and resorces of analyses below.To study Marx's view of nature deeply, we may need to discuss its research way, that is, the dual cirique of modernity by Marx, the critique of metaphysics and the critique of capital.As for the critique of metaphysics, this paper demonstrates the existential revolution and the orientation of historical materialism of Marx's view of nature, by way of the critique of Hegel's logical-conceptional view of nature and Feuerbach's abstract intuitional view of nature, we may understand the perceptual/ objective praxis and social historical view of nature.As for the critique of capital, we need to study the principle of capital, which will lay a firm foundation for the deep going study. Then we may make a deep study of the problem of nature in the critique of capitalism production process, and we will focus on the following two important issues,that is, the capitalizing of nature and metabolism rift.By way of the discussion above, we should comprehend the conspiracy of metaphysics and capital, that is, the affiliation of the metaphysical imagination of nature and the domination of nature by capital, which dominates the realistic perceptual nature and individual by way of idea and social organization, for the purpose of self-increasing in value of capital. Both of them set up a net of ideology and social framework as social power.The dominating social power is the key reason of the domination of nature and individual.At last, we will take the problem of the domination of nature for example, to see how it will be deeply discussed in the contemporary era by the critique of modernity in the research of Marx's view of nature.Especially we need to demonstrate the domination of nature and life by the social power, which is the result of the conspiracy of metaphysics and capital, and we will uncover the dual-sources of the domination of nature and mechanical view of nature, that is,capital and technology.It is helpful for us to understand the intrinsic roots of current ecological crisis and other relating crises through all of the analyses. Furthermore, we can understand the social reality more fully as well as contemporary human living conditions as a whole and our historic decisions. Therefore, the revolution and its contemporary meaning of Marx's thought will be there from the perstpective of nature.
