Research On The Network Literacy Improvement Of Police College Students

Network literacy education for police college students is an educational practice aimed at ideological education,political education and moral education for police in the future in the network environment,aiming at improving students' network awareness and network ability.For police college students,the purpose is to meet the needs of students' comprehensive development,but also to meet the practical needs of students to be competent for the future police career;For police colleges and universities,the purpose is to achieve ideological and political education innovation in the network environment by improving students' network literacy,that is,improving students' network literacy in police colleges and universities to provide a focus for ideological and political education innovation in police colleges and universities,which is called "a focus" in this paper.The particularity of the positioning of police colleges and universities determines that students in police colleges and universities have special needs for network literacy.Only by continuing to improve students' network literacy from the two directions of civilized life style and police career development,can police colleges and universities ensure the delivery of qualified people's police for the public security team.However,the current situation of network literacy of police college students is not optimistic.There are some problems in both network awareness and network ability,and there is much room for improvement in several aspects,such as network political literacy,network cultural literacy,network science and technology literacy and network innovation literacy.Network literacy education research belongs to a new research field,the current police colleges students' network accomplishment promote research is relatively lack,need to start the related research,on the one hand,from the current domestic related research achievements of the network literacy education in common colleges and universities draw experience,on the other hand,closely related to the requirements of the public security practice of police colleges and universities personnel training and look forward to,from the direction of professionalization and specialization in an effort to realize the ascension of the police college students' network accomplishment.Therefore,this article based on the present situation of the current police colleges students'network accomplishment,in the perspective of the relevant theories of ideological and political education to analyze the problem,trying to clear the police college students improve network literacy special era value,to clarify the current police colleges and universities the implementation of the network literacy education situation,so as to solve improve network literacy must answer a few questions,namely the police why college students improve network literacy?In what direction?What to promote?And how to improve.Around these problems,this paper analyzes the function and value of network literacy,the problem expression and the cause of the problem with the theory of ideological and political education.From the two directions of civilized life style and police career development,this paper analyzes the core content of the improvement of network literacy of police college students,which is called "two directions" in this paper.From the Angle of constructing the perfect network literacy education system of police colleges,the implementation path is given.The main contents and opinions of this paper are as follows:First,to study the improvement of network literacy of police college students,it is necessary to start from the analysis of the concept,connotation,classification and function of network literacy.To study the improvement of network literacy of police college students from the perspective of ideological and political education,it is necessary to analyze the concept,classification and function of network literacy based on the value and content of ideological and political education.Network literacy is the comprehensive expression of network consciousness and network ability required by the comprehensive development of people in the network society.It can be divided into four categories:network political literacy,network cultural literacy,network science and technology literacy and network innovation literacy.Network literacy has the ideological and political education function of leading network thinking and behavior,regulating network life style,enhancing network cultural value and promoting the development of network science and technology.Secondly,there are two practical needs for police college students in the new era:one is the needs of network social life,the other is the needs of career development.Network social life needs network literacy to be finally satisfied at the level of network civilization literacy,while career development needs network literacy to improve "four kinds of literacy" and promote the implementation of "four strategies".In other words,to promote the implementation of the strategy of political construction,cultural education,strengthening of science and technology and talent development of police force,network political literacy,network cultural literacy,network science and technology literacy and network innovation literacy.Thus,it establishes two directions of improving network literacy of police college students:network civilized life style and police professional development.This is the "two directions" in this paper.From the perspective of consciousness and ability,the paper analyzes the time value of the improvement of network literacy of police college students,and clearly observes the development path of students' consciousness and ability,and understands the irreplaceable role of network literacy in the process of the improvement of students'consciousness and ability.The analysis from the perspective of career development is the analysis from the perspective of police professional ability,which is not only determined by the professional characteristics of police colleges,but also the evaluation standard and value attribution of implementing network literacy education in police colleges.The analysis of the time value in two dimensions is not only the viewpoint innovation of this paper,but also the research on the core value and characteristic value of the network literacy education in current police colleges,and the rationality and feasibility study of the ideological and political education innovation in current police colleges.Thirdly,network literacy education has been widely carried out in police colleges nationwide,and remarkable achievements have been made in students' network skills and network cognition.But the present situation of the network literacy education still can not adapt to the development of network society,embodied in two aspects:on the one hand,the police college students in network society's political,ideological and moral concepts such as need to strengthen education,to ensure that the police colleges political school characteristics,to ensure that the police colleges and universities ideological and political education work in the network society cannot relax.That is,ideological and political education in police colleges and universities requires students to further improve their network literacy;On the other hand,the public security work also puts forward further requirements,for the network literacy of police college students.In the analysis of the problem,it highlights the deficiency of police college students in the ideological position consciousness,network life style,network technology application in police network career development and other aspects under the network environment.However,there are still some factors that are not conducive to the improvement of network literacy of police college students,whether they are individual students,police colleges,government departments or the whole society.Fourth,the special identity of police colleges and the public security practice of police colleges and universities network literacy education have put forward a clear career development degree requirements,both demands make the police colleges and universities cannot simply draw lessons from the network literacy education in common colleges and universities system,police colleges and universities are required to clarify the education localization,clear guiding ideology,adhere to promote the basic principle of the network literacy education,strive to build perfect police colleges and universities characteristic network literacy education system.To build a perfect education system,we should not only perfect the system and teaching system,but also establish the evaluation system and guarantee system.The author hopes to find a feasible implementation path for the improvement of network literacy education in police colleges.Fifth,it analyzes the four core contents of network literacy improvement of police college students from two aspects of consciousness and ability.That is to strengthen the future police network ideological and political education,network culture way education,network science and technology knowledge education and network legal enforcement innovation education.Centering on the four core contents,the key points and emphases in the core contents are discussed in detail.Sixth,design and implement paths for the improvement of network literacy of police college students from four systems:rule system,teaching system,evaluation system and guarantee system.The four systems focus on the main role of police colleges and take into account the active role of students,the government and all members of society,so as to build a perfect system to improve the network literacy of police college students.
