A Study On The Influence Of Network Opinion Leaders On College Students' Moral Literacy

Internet and governed the Internet.The strategy of strong cyber power has been steadily implemented.Xi jinping pointed out in general secretary,the network security and information is a matter of national security and national development,is a matter of the people work life of major strategic issues,should start from the domestic and international trend,the overall layout,plan as a whole,innovation and development,efforts to build our country into a power network.Information has brought the Chinese nation a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.We must seize the informationization development of acute historical opportunity,strengthen the positive propaganda on the net,maintenance of network security,promote the core technology breakthrough in the information field,bring into play the function of informatization to the economic and social development lead,strengthen network letter domain civil-military integration,actively participate in cyberspace international governance process,independent innovation to promote power network construction,new era for the team to build a well-off society in an all-round way,to seize the great victory of socialism with Chinese opinion.They will be able to guide the network public opinion toward the trend,the personal charisma and influence to all aspects of life,not only can change students' way of thinking,but also can affect the formation of college students' moral accomplishment.As an important part of Internet users,college students are deeply influenced by network opinion leaders.However,college students are in the period of puberty,which is not only the turning point of moral accomplishment,but also the immature period of college students' minds and minds.Thus,as as xi jinping in April 2018,the national general secretary speaks as network security and information work conference,to improve the governance ability,integrated network formation of the party committee leadership,government management,the fulfillment of corporate responsibilities,social supervision,netizens self-discipline main body participation,the combination of a variety of means such as economic,legal,technical comprehensive governance network structure.This paper firstly defines the concept of network opinion leader and moral accomplishment.Then design the questionnaire and conduct an in-depth investigation.Based on the questionnaire survey,the following conclusions can be drawn.Network opinion leaders make college students more diversified.It is helpful to expand the moral cognition field of college students and improve the moral personality of college students.Due to the anonymity,freedom and openness of online opinion leaders,their opinions are hard to be restrained and some erroneous views are inevitable.These erroneous views can lead to moral apathy and moral misconduct in college students.Will appear these problems,because to standardize the behavior of network opinion leaders on laws and regulations system construction lag,lack of social security and stability of the network environment,network moral education in colleges and universities of understanding fuzzy,college students' mental immature discrimination ability weak and so on.As a result,therefore,countries should further perfect the legislation of network,the social from all walks of life should mobilize various forces to participate in,the management of colleges and universities should strengthen the network opinion leaders,college students' self-discipline should be regulated to improve identification ability.In the first part,the introduction analyzes the background,significance and methods of the research,and puts forward the research ideas,research framework and research methods of this paper based on the analysis of existing research results.The second part,mainly of network opinion leaders and theoretical connotation,types and factors of interpretation as well as to the moral accomplishment of defining the related concepts and evaluation standard,lay a foundation for further research.The third part,through the questionnaire survey method,analysis the status of network opinion leaders influence on college students' moral accomplishment,and carried out a statistical analysis about the present situation of research,it is concluded that the network opinion leaders can not only broaden college students' moral cognition field of vision,cultivating college students' perfect moral personality,is likely to make college students' moral emotion indifference,moral behavior anomie,etc.The fourth part,through the analysis on the impact of network opinion leaders on college students' moral accomplishment of bad reason,found that the current national laws and regulations system construction lag,lack of social security and stability of the network environment,network moral education in colleges and universities meet fuzzy,students mental immaturity is unfavorable to the crucial factor for the formation of college students' moral accomplishment.The fifth part puts forward the targeted working methods and Suggestions.Respectively from the state,society,college and university students personal four aspects has carried on the analysis of multidimensional path with reasonable guidance and scientific management of network opinion leaders,countries should further perfect the legislation of network,the social from all walks of life should mobilize various forces to participate in,with the socialist core values guide of different types of network opinion leaders,colleges and universities should strengthen the management of the network opinion leaders,shoulder the responsibility of the public opinion to navigation,college students should standardize the self-discipline to improve identification ability,make the college students' moral accomplishment to benign and healthy development.
