Research On Information Literacy Training Of Growing Cadre Students Of Military Academy

In information war, information is the crucial resources of fighting capacity and the leading factor can decide the result of war. It has been the important subject that to train and improve information literacy of the military academy students. This thesis views from the angle of the demands of informatization talents training, starts with the concepts of information literacy and other which are related to these concepts. According to the theory and practice of information literacy instruction concluded from domestic and foreign colleges and universities, there are the discussions of the goals of growing cadre students information literacy training and five composing elements which include information awareness, information knowledge, information competence, information moral and information psychology. Through the analysis of information literacy action process and training goal with military academy students, there are the constructions of information literacy action-goal structural system as well as the integrated information literacy training system. According to the interior present condition of information literacy instruction, this thesis build a index system of information literacy evaluation of growing cadre students and relevant evaluation methods base on the principle with qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The methods and approaches of information literacy training of growing cadre students are elaborated on replacing training conception, optimizing education environment and constructing curriculum system. The structure of information literacy training is proposed at the end of this thesis.
