Although the Palestinian issue tends to be marginalized as a whole,it still cannot change its essence as the core of the Middle East issue.Palestinian resistance to Israeli occupation is still one of the concerns in international affairs.Based on the British mandate period of Palestinian nonviolent resistance movement as investigation object, and tries to explore except violence struggle, the Palestinian national liberation and human survival and development of a more common, but often neglected way of resistance, for the interpretation of the Palestinian national resistance movement and the Israeli-Palestinian conflict to provide more comprehensive and profound historical perspective. The first chapter discusses the late world War I,Britain began to support the Zionist movement based on its own strategic interests, which made it possible for the movement to develop and grow in Palestine, but at the same time caused a serious impact on the original Palestinian society.Against this background, the Palestinians launched a sustained non-violent resistance movement, which reached its climax in 1936.In the end,it failed due to the divisions within the Palestinian elite, the superiority occupied by jews and the lack of effective support from Arab countries. The non-violent resistance movement in this period promoted the development of Zionism objectively as a counter force. It also contributed to the rise of Palestinian armed and violent resistance; Finally,it provides a historical starting point for the theoretical construction of Palestinian nationalist movement. The second chapter discusses the establishment of Israel's colonial rule in the occupied Palestinian territory after the June 5 War in 1967.In response to the Israeli occupation, the PLO in exile waged a violent armed struggle, but it soon waned in the 1970 s.In this context, the Palestinians in the occupied territories have actively engaged in nonviolent mobilization with the development of civilian self-governing organizations as the core and launched an unprecedented non-violent resistance movement during the outbreak of the Great Intifada in1987.The Intifada failed, however, owing to Israeli repression, the lack of active support from the PLO and the failure of non-violence to produce immediate results of its own.But the Intifada, characterized by nonviolent action, objectively elevated the PLO,forced Jordan to withdraw from control of the West Bank, and prompted Israel to turn to political negotiations. Finally,it has accumulated valuable experience for the struggle of Palestinian nationalism. The third chapter analyzes the disordered armed and violent resistance of Palestinians led by parties in the first year of the 21 st century, out of desperation for the Oslo peace process. In the unfavorable situation caused by violent confrontation,Palestinian people launched a non-violent resistance movement when Israel built the separation wall, and gradually developed into the anti-occupation movement that continues to this day.Within the scope of Palestinian-Israeli relations,Israel's negative response and the lack of internal mobilization of Palestine are the main problems faced by the Palestinian non-violent resistance movement during this period. The fourth chapter discusses the "Boycott, divestment and Sanctions"(BDS)movement launched by Palestinian civil organizations in 2005,which is the latest development form of Palestinian nonviolent resistance. It is based on the international civil society, mainly on academic boycott and economic boycott, and turns the Palestinian issue of "territorial dispute" into "human rights issue",and pushes it into the discussion of international public opinion,so as to seek to form international pressure on Israel. The development of the BDS movement has challenged the Israel-dominated discourse narrative and its international image. It has broadened the discourse space for discussion of the Israeli-Palestinian issue in American public opinion and politics.Opened up a new direction in the Palestinian struggle against Israel. The conclusion part first summarizes the characteristics of Palestinian nonviolent resistance movement: First, the subject of practice changes with the change of historical environment;Second,Geographical space changes with the historical environment;Third, for ordinary Palestinians, the main motivation for their participation in nonviolent resistance is,in most cases, based on existential threats rather than grand political goals such as statehood;Fourth, the international and regional situation has an important influence on the strategy choice of the Palestinian non-violent resistance movement. The conclusion part finally analyzes that the non-violent resistance movement represented by BDS movement has become the strategic trend of the Palestinian struggle against Israel under the circumstance that Fatah and Hamas cannot advance the cause of Palestinian liberation, and its possible influence on the Situation of Palestine and Israel in the future is as follows: Win the battle for "legitimacy" in international opinion or,if it fails,it will turn again into extreme violence.
