Although we have been calling for equality between men and women, but gender discrimination is still widespread. We have to take corresponding measures to solve these problems and educate all the people in our society about gender equality. In other words, it is very important and significant for our fundamental school education to educate our students about gender equality and build a harmonious society. To build our nation as a science and technology outstanding country today, there is no doubt that it's meaningful for the fundamental school students to carry out the idea of proper science methods and inspiration in their life-long learning process, fundamental education will inevitably become an important stage. However, in our reality, we can easily find that people consciously or unconsciously prefer to the right of central permeability men in the dissemination of scientific and educational activities People usually misunderstand the image of science, science and scientific methods. On the way to understanding the world, it's a pity that people recognize and understand the world with very few female's perspectives. For example, in science, science is often emphasized to be rational, objective and abstract. At the same time, when people deal with sex, they unconsciously classify ration, objective and abstractness as the nature of the male attributes, In most cultures, which separate the different aspects of the dichotomy were given a different nature, science stressed the importance of these features in the traditional culture and ideology of gender and women linked to gender, it was not emphasized but neglected. At the same time, in this article the survey questionnaire based on the fact also gives support to the viewpoint. Thus, this paper gives a starting point for analysis. In feminist perspective we study gender and the relationship between science and society in the sense of the discussion focused on gender and science to discuss the interaction between the scientific study of gender and its impact on gender ideology and that a further strengthening function, as well as popular science in the process. At the same time, more importantly, the feminist criticism of the West into a series of binary, that this dualism and the value of critical load is caused by discrimination against women a major source. What feminist need to do is to break this binary division and a renewed emphasis on emotional awareness in the important role of scientific research. Gender is a social and historical, economic, political and cultural areas, in which the community's men and women are given the value and significance. What feminists need to do is to challenge the concept of gender, both male liberation, liberation of women, so as to achieve true gender equality. So from the very beginning we should pay as much as possibly great attention on science education to avoid the marginalization of women, at the same time, to realize gender equality, we should try to make up for the marginalization of women which has been actively promoting the dissemination of scientific impartiality and fairness, which is to achieve social harmony in an effective way. First gender equality is women in spirit to overcome dependence on men and their moral inferiority. From the perspective of feminist, this article analyses China's basic education in science coverage and the current state of science in the dissemination of gender. This article mainly deals with the dissemination of scientific, how feminism deals with the problems of life-long education concept, to analyze the status of the fundamental schools in Chongqing to conduct scientific education with a view to be correct dissemination of scientific concept.
