Marx once pointed out:"education is to improve a method of social production,and it is the only way to make a man comprehensive developed." Sports is animportant part of education, promote the social political?economic and culturalpositive factors. It is the core of the undertakings of physical culture andsports. Sports talents is the core power to promote physical culture and sports.At present, our country is accelerated by sports country to sports power.Competitive sports, mass sports and school sports are developing in full swingtoward integration, reform need sports talents, innovation requires sportstalents. Power need sports talents, big political, economic. And culturaldevelopment also need sports talents as well as virtually improves thediversification of the sports talent requirements specifications. Universitysports education professional basketball specialty course teaching, fortraining students' body and mind, group, intelligence and so on.The importanttask of the comprehensive development's development is also affected by thesociety demand.This paper uses literature method, questionnaire survey method, principalcomponent analysis, expert interview method, AHP and fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method? mathematical statistics and logic analysis, to philosophy,pedagogy, psychology, sociology, science and technology and the theory as theinstruction. To the northeast three province university sports educationprofessional basketball in the teachers and students has carried on theinvestigation and analysis. The results show that:1. The university sports education specialized basketball teachingobjectives in the teaching goal of simplification. The value orientation of fuzzyteaching objects, teaching goal, behavior subject is not clear and lost theteaching goal. Teaching target practicing hierarchy problems such as chaos,directly affect the modern teaching idea, the formation of the mode of thinkingand teaching art behavior has increased, and the effective implementation ofstudent learning results. Through the study of the reflection of basketball inteaching goal, under the guidance of scientific education development, basedon the principles of basketball goal of innovation in teaching. Put forward thestudent-based, teachers and students to create, overall rendering, such asprocess creation and multivariate evaluation of education teaching innovationstrategy.2. The university sports education professional basketball in part by thepractice of teaching content and the theoretical part of two factors. Teachersthink of practical ability factor, on-the-spot command and the referee practiceteaching game and basketball special physical quality training is more important.Theory of the important degree of athlete's quality factor and athlete management factor is he mean factor between two athletes theory comparison havesignificant differences: teachers think of athletes quality factor of basketballsports injury, prevention and rehabilitation, sports science research work, thebasketball athlete's nutrition and recovery, the basketball athlete'spsychological training, senior basketball coaches basic quality and teachingrequirements, high level referees basic quality and training and basketballconsciousness and cultivate more important. To cultivate students abilityimportant degree of significant difference of the two factors, the teachers thinkof ability to scale factor, innovation ability, guiding ability of self-studyand group cooperation ability and scientific research ability is more important.Basketball teaching content in old content, content is too complex, singlefunction and lack of training students' interest in learning and experience todevelop the teaching content and so on.3. The university sports education professional basketball teaching methodincluding multivariate method and conventional method in two factors. Methodof teachers think that multiple factors about skills migration method, watchimitation method, inquiry learning method, the change rule, grasp teachingmethod, multi-media teaching method. According to their aptitude and gameteaching method and so on,11topics are important, but the actual operationof teaching, the teachers say is better than multivariate methods factorimportant composition factor method of teaching, conventional methods is themost commonly used teaching methods. Basketball teaching content in themultimedia information technology teaching means such as lack of use, innovationcognitive conflict and di versified teaching methods using fewer and so on.4. Haven't construct multivariate stereoscopic evaluation method and themechanism of basketball in teaching scientific and effective evaluation.Basketball existence attaches great importance to the skills in teachingevaluation target, neglect to improve the student's ability of diversity as awhole. Too much emphasis on the evaluation of teachers, neglect the students'evaluation. Evaluation subject is given priority to with peers, has neglectedthe appraisal of experts and students. Focus on people-evaluation of teachingsubject, neglect the class-teaching content evaluation and so on. Aiming atthe problems above is mainly for basketball in the evaluation of teaching qualityto try using the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, this methodcombines qualitative and quantitative analysis together. To a certain extent,contains the information of expert, peer teachers and students present theopinions of the fuzziness, made a more scientific, comprehensive and objectivereflect the reality of the basketball in teaching quality evaluation; In thebasketball teaching quality evaluation of the result is a vector, rather thana single point value, contain more abundant information.For the above conclusions, this paper puts forward the followingcountermeasures, goal: based on students' comprehensive development valueorientation.
