Teaching is the primary responsibility of college teachers.No matter what type of college teachers should improve the quality of teaching as their fundamental mission.However,the current college teachers have the teaching crisis of neglect,exile,obscured teaching and other teaching values,which leads to the decline of teaching quality in colleges and universities.This research takes the value of college teachers' teaching as the research problem spontaneously.Through the use of literature analysis,theoretical analysis and investigation method,this paper explores the performance,causes and realization of college teachers' teaching value from the internal dimension of college teachers.Promote the self-consciousness of college teachers from teaching value to teaching value.This study proposes and analyzes the existence of value life of human beings from the standpoints and perspectives of life philosophy and value philosophy.It is considered that the value of life is the pursuit of the fundamental value of human beings;practice as a conscious,free and conscious,transcendental activity is the fundamental way to realize and promote the value of human life,and then to establish the analysis of "practice and human life value" The framework,and systematic analysis of human life characteristics and the pursuit of life value,laid the theoretical foundation of research.On this basis,the author analyzes the internal relationship between teaching practice and the life value of college teachers,and discusses the essence of teaching and teaching value,the value of life value of teaching value,characteristics and main criteria.It is considered that teaching is an important way for the life of college teachers and an important way to realize and enhance the value of life.Life value is an important content of the intrinsic value of teaching,a fundamental factor influencing the self-consciousness of teaching value of college teachers,and it is also a self-consciousness to understanding the proper state of college teaching.Through the investigation,it is found that some college teachers have self-discovery such as insufficient endogenous motivation,low teaching fundamental.The main internal factors leading to the conscious lack of teaching value of college teachers include: First,the bias of cognition,including the superficiality of the essence of teaching and its value,the negative influence of traditional values,the loss of understanding of the teaching role of college teachers,etc.The lack of ideals and beliefs of college teachers mainly includes the emptiness and short-sightedness of the value of teaching in Yuanda.The third is the lack of life position,including the lack of life consciousness of college teachers,the lack of life value,and the lack of life subject.It is the rampant instrumental rationality,which mainly includes the utilitarianism,technicalism,empiricism,nihilism and prevalence of college teachers.To realize the self-sufficiency of teaching value of college teachers to the value of teaching: First,deepen the scientific understanding of college teaching,including profound understanding of the nature and value of teaching,profound understanding and role as a good teacher,and establish a teaching academic concept;second,consciously establish a lofty The teaching ideals include guiding college teachers to fully understand the importance of teaching ideals,consciously strengthening teaching reflection,improving teaching self-confidence,and strengthening college teachers' education.Third,we must
