| In recent years, with the in-depth study of the physical fitness theory of basketball players, the theoretical research and application of core stability training has also been strengthened.Coaches and athletes are more and more aware of the good influence of core stability training on Athletes’ body.Core stability training has been more and more widely used in various sports events. So far,the research of applying core stability training theory to competitive sports training in foreign countries has gradually matured, while the domestic related experimental research is still in its infancy.Basketball has fast attack and defense rhythm, complex technical tactics and fierce confrontation, which put forward higher requirements for the endurance of athletes, and agility is particularly important in the fast-paced game.In the process of sensitive training for Chinese college basketball players, traditional training methods are still used, and usually can not meet the requirements of fast-paced game environment. How to further improve the physical fitness of basketball players is a hot topic explored by basketball experts and scholars all over the world. Our Korean Basketball Coaches and experts exchange and discuss with foreign experts and scholars(including sports experts, etc.)in the basketball field, and have a deeper understanding of the concept and training methods of physical exercise(especially the core strength training methods). The enthusiasm and response of experts and scholars. The purpose of this study is to explore a new method of sensitive qualitative training in college basketball major, and to provide powerful reference materials for improving students’ basketball quality and sports skills through core strength and stability training. This study monitored and analyzed the core stability training of the experimental group of college basketball players, and finally completed the experiment to explore the latest training methods and concepts of basketball strength training. Before and after the experiment, the sensitive quality indicators were tested, the results were obtained, and the data were filtered and analyzed.Through the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire, experiment and mathematical statistics, this paper makes a quantitative experiment and Analysis on the influence of centralized stability training on the sensitivity of basketball majors. This paper takes 14 players of Jilin University Cuba men’s basketball team as the test object.According to the test scores of each index before the experiment, the subjects were divided into the experimental group and the control group. After the difference test, there was no significant difference between the groups.Based on this, the experimental group received core stability training once a week, while the control group received normal training. At the end of the experiment, the scores of each index were retested. Finally, the scores of the two groups before and after the experiment were statistically analyzed, and processed within and between groups. And I got the following experimental results.:1.Before and after the experiment, the experimental group and the control group in reflecting the basketball players’ sensitive quality of five indicators(T,Illinois, around the bar,Z,pro)scores have increased. After the significance test,it is found that all the indicators of the experimental group are p < 0.05,compared with before the experiment, there is a significant difference.Although the performance of the control group was improved, there was no significant difference compared with that before the experiment..2.After the experiment, there were significant differences between the two groups, all the indexes of the experimental group were p < 0.05,and there were significant differences compared with the control group..The conclusion of this study is that core stability training has a significant impact on improving the agility of basketball players. This is a good way to improve the agility of basketball players, which is very useful for learning technical movements and effectively preventing sports injuries. |
