The imbalance of regional economic development has always been a hot issue in the field of socio-economic research. The complexity of human capital and economic development at different levels, the dynamic interaction, and the way in which the former influences the latter and the spatial effects have undoubtedly important guiding significance to improve the economic efficiency of human capital in the region, the structure of human capital,Human capital investment and other policy making have.Based on the above ideas, this article explores the impact of heterogeneous human capital on China's regional economic development from multiple perspectives, and finds the most appropriate level of human capital to maximize its effectiveness and reduce the gap between economic sectors in order to provide a reference for the choice of regional development strategy. This article firstly sorts out the theory of human capital and economic growth, and defines the connotation of heterogeneous human capital and economic development. Then measure the level of heterogeneous human capital and establish a comprehensive indicator system for economic development.Use the coupling degree model to find the closeness between heterogeneous human capital and economic development.Exploring the Dynamic Interaction between Heterogeneous Human Capital and Economic Development Based on the Coupling Degree Results.Although this binary relationship processing method can clearly see the static and dynamic correlation between the two systems,it is difficult to clearly describe the impact of heterogeneous human capital on economic development. To this end, other factors are introduced to build a model of the mechanism of heterogeneous human capital on economic development. Finally, based on the consideration of human capital as a natural carrier of knowledge and technology, this article explores the spatial effects between regions. The main conclusions of this article are summarized as follows:First, heterogeneous human capital and economic development both show different trajectories.Based on the classic theory of human capital and economic growth and related literature, this paper defines the connotation of heterogeneous human capital and economic development, and based on this, calculates the level of human capital at different levels and the comprehensive index of economic development.A basic statistical analysis of the two shows that although the overall level of both is gradually increasing, but different regions have different trajectories in terms of human capital or economic development;in addition, different levels of human capital in the same region also shows different trajectories.Second, the dual interaction between heterogeneous human capital and economic development is changing. In order to analyze the binary relationship between heterogeneous human capital and economic development, through the empirical results of the coupling degree model and the PVAR model,it is found that there are three characteristics of the binary relationship:(1)There is a strong relationship between heterogeneous human capital and economic development. And the higher the level of human capital, the closer the coupling between the two systems;(2)Different levels of human capital have different degrees of influence on economic development in the same region. The specific manifestation is that the higher the level of human capital, the greater the The more lasting the impact of future economic development;in addition, the level of human capital needs to match the level of regional economic development in order to exert its maximum impact;(3)There is an interactive relationship between heterogeneous human capital and economic development, but it is not completely symmetrical In general, the influence of the former on the latter is greater than the influence of the latter on the former.Third, different levels of human capital play different roles in economic development.Primary human capital is mainly used as a direct factor in production and affects economic development;intermediate human capital has not played a direct or indirect role in economic development in most regions;senior human capital in China as a whole and in various economic regions mainly manifests itself as a technological innovation mechanism for economic development.
