At present,China is in a critical period of economic and social transformation and development.The changes of social structure and educational structure have triggered the survival and development crisis of secondary vocational education.The basic status of secondary vocational education has been shaken,the function of secondary vocational education has been out of balance,and the development orientation of secondary vocational education has been deviated.Based on the thinking and questioning of the survival and development crises of secondary vocational education.Grasping the core issue of the study,"Functional Orientation of Secondary Vocational Education".This study follows the research thinking of "Logical Function-Realistic Function-Value Function",and tries to answer three questions: First,the ontological problem: What is the relationship between modern vocational education system and the function of secondary vocational education.Second,the question of reality: what is the practical representation of the dysfunction of secondary vocational education under the modern vocational education system? Third,the question of value: what should be the functional orientation of secondary vocational education under the modern vocational education system? With the help of Structural-functional theory,Educational Pathology and People's livelihood concept of vocational education.Taking modern vocational education system as the breakthrough point,this paper constructs an analytical framework for the functional orientation of secondary vocational education.Based on the two basic categories of value and function,structure and function.On the basis of the status quo of functional imbalance of secondary vocational education,the structural causes of functional imbalance of secondary vocational education are analyzed and explored.The function orientation of secondary vocational education under the modern vocational education system should be the way it should be.The specific research contents are as follows.In addition to the introduction,this study consists of three parts.The first part,the theoretical discussion of the function orientation of secondary vocational education,consists of the first and second chapters.By using the methods of literature research and historical research,this paper chooses the modern vocational education system as the breakthrough point to construct the basic framework of the functional orientation of secondary vocationaleducation under the modern vocational education system.This paper analyses the history and internal logic of the functional evolution of secondary vocational education since the founding of New China,and verifies the basic framework of the functional orientation of secondary vocational education.The second part,the actual analysis of the functional orientation of secondary vocational education,consists of the third and fourth chapters.Based on the practice of secondary vocational education.Using interview research method and taking schools,families and enterprises as analysis places.This paper deeply analyses the practical representation and structural root of the functional imbalance of secondary vocational education under the modern vocational education system at the present stage.The third part is about the functional orientation of secondary vocational education,which consists of five and six chapters.Based on the analysis of the realistic representation and root cause of the functional imbalance of secondary vocational education.This paper puts forward the proper pattern of functional orientation of secondary vocational education under the modern vocational education system.And put forward the strategy of the realization strategy of the orientation of secondary vocational education.In view of the research problems,through analysis and demonstration,the following conclusions are drawn in this study:Firstly,based on the logical starting point of the functional orientation of secondary vocational education,we should integrate the social and educational functions of secondary vocational education and establish the concept of people's livelihood function of secondary vocational education.Secondly,the function of secondary vocational education is dynamically analyzed from the perspective of modern vocational education system.The basic ways of functional evolution of secondary vocational education are: Functional disorder and functional adjustment.The specific manifestations of functional imbalance of secondary vocational education are: biased functional orientation,deviation of functional action,and imbalance of functional results.Thirdly,based on the "structure-function" analysis,this paper analyses the causes of the functional imbalance of secondary vocational education: regional structural imbalance and type structural imbalance are the internal structural causes of the functional imbalance of secondary vocational education;the hierarchical and hierarchical school system under the "two-track" system,the lack of internal cohesion of the modern vocational education system,and the poor external communication.Inthe period of economic and social transition,social stratification and cultural tradition,which take occupational differentiation and resource possession as the criteria,shape the utilitarian survival mentality of educational actors and promote the formation of competitive mobility mechanism of occupational acquisition and social promotion,are the social structural causes of the dysfunction of secondary vocational education.Fourthly,the function orientation of secondary vocational education should be in the modern vocational education system.Based on the realistic representation and structural origin of functional imbalance,the functional orientation of secondary vocational education under the modern vocational education system is clarified.At the value level,we should establish the people's livelihood function view of secondary vocational education;at the structural level,we should make clear the basic position of secondary vocational education.At the functional level,the basic pattern of secondary vocational education function is defined: educating people + employment+ further education;service orientation of secondary vocational education: the majority of civilians;development orientation of secondary vocational education: both vocational education and vocational training;the proper choice of secondary vocational education orientation: Vocational Basic Education for civilians.Fifth,based on the modern vocational education system,put forward the realization strategy of secondary vocational education function positioning.Under the guidance of the concept of type,we should perfect the modern vocational education system;adhere to the classification development of secondary vocational education under the modern vocational education system,innovate the development path of secondary vocational education: "two tracks and one unit";Put forward the institutional guarantee for the function positioning of secondary vocational education.
