Study On The Constructive Design Of Modern Vocational Education System Which Combine The Secondary Vocational Educational With The Higher Vocational Education And The Postgraduate Vocational Education In Wuhan City Circle

In recent years, with the social development of economy, the secondary vocational education and the higher vocational education of our country have made great progress. However, due to various historical and practical reasons, the secondary vocational education and the higher vocational education have not been combined well, and the higher vocational education mainly exists in junior college school. All of these affected the health and rapid development of vocational education in our country. It will be difficult to construct a uniform vocational education system across the country recently because of the extensive territory. Therefore, this paper is composed on the base of Wuhan city circle and try to construct the modern vocational education system which combine the secondary vocational education with the higher vocational education and the postgraduate vocational education in Wuhan city circle.It is very important to construct the modern vocational education system which combines the secondary vocational education with the higher vocational education and the postgraduate vocational education in Wuhan city circle. Because it will promote the social development of economy in Wuhan city circle, adapt to the development trend of international education, optimize the vocational education structure and complete the vocational education system. This paper based on the present situation of the combination between the secondary vocational education and higher vocational education in Wuhan city circle. It studies on how to construct the modern vocational education system which combines the secondary vocational education with the higher vocational education and the postgraduate vocational education in Wuhan city circle.This paper comes first with the introduction of its background, significance, status, methods and content, and so on. Following are the main point of it:firstly, it is not only this paper's research background, but also the basis of this paper. Secondly this paper describes the experience of the vocational education system as well as the current situation of secondary vocational education and the higher vocational education's connection at home and abroad respectively, and then it makes an analysis of their experience, which provides a theoretical basis for the construction of modern vocational education system in Wuhan city circle. Thirdly it introduced the current situation of the secondary vocational education and the higher vocational education in Wuhan city circle, so as to provide realistic basis for the construction of modern vocational education system in Wuhan city circle. What's more, it analysis the feasibility and necessity of the construction of the modern vocational education system which combine the secondary vocational education with the higher vocational education and the postgraduate vocational education in Wuhan city circle. Finally this paper proposed the guarantee system and the strategy based on the construction of the modern vocational education system which combines the secondary vocational education with the higher vocational education and the postgraduate vocational education in Wuhan city circle. The main purpose of this paper is to through the study of the modern vocational education system which combines the secondary vocational education with the higher vocational education and the postgraduate vocational education in Wuhan city circle to promote the development of vocational education healthily and rapidly in Wuhan city circle. It also provides more and better skilled personnel to promote economic and social development. Finally it provides the realistic basis for the construction of the modern vocational education system which combines the secondary vocational education with the higher vocational education and the postgraduate vocational education in China.
