This research through the study of the functional activities of Shijiazhuang vocational college students screening,find and poorly functional action area,aiming at the existing problem of these regions,formulate reasonable intervention practice,try to apply the practice of physical education teaching and extracurricular activities,make up the lack of physical education teaching contents,improve the effect of extracurricular activities,strengthen students' physique,reduce the risk of injury.This study mainly adopts literature review,experimental method and mathematical statistics method.The experimental design was as follows: 120 non-sports students(60 boys and 60 girls)from Shijiazhuang vocational college of engineering and Shijiazhuang vocational college of finance and economics were randomly selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group warmed up with traditional activities in the preparation part of the course,and then carried out football teaching.In addition,the experimental group included intervention exercises in daily extracurricular activities,while the control group carried out activities in the traditional form.After 12 weeks,through data changes before and after the intervention exercise,the influence of the intervention exercise on the performance of students' functional movements in Shijiazhuang vocational and technical colleges was discussed and analyzed.Research results:(1)the average FMS score of students in Shijiazhuang vocational and technical colleges was 13.26±1.96.After 12 weeks of intervention,the score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(p < 0.01).(2)through intervention exercises,the number of subjects in the experimental group with asymmetric movement patterns decreased from 57 to 23.Through traditional physical education teaching,the number of subjects in the control group with asymmetric movement patterns decreased from 60 before the test to 56.(3)the average score of the national standard for physical health of students in the experimental group was increased from 68.5 to 81.3 through intervention exercises;The average score of the national standard for physical health of students in the control group was increased from 67.4 to 71.6.Research conclusion:(1)students in Shijiazhuang vocational and technical colleges perform poorly in functional movements and are at great risk of sports injury.(2)after the intervention,students' functional movement performance and the asymmetry of left right side in Shijiazhuang vocational and technical colleges were greatly improved.(3)after the intervention,the physical condition of students in Shijiazhuang vocational and technical colleges has been improved to a certain extent.
