Research On Talents Cultivation Of Modern Service Industry In Higher Vocational Colleges

Service economy needs high-skilled talents of modern service industry.In the 19 th CPC(Communist Party of China)National Congress,President Xi Jinping puts forward that it is necessary to support the optimization and upgrading of traditional industries,accelerate the development of modern service industry,and aim at raising the level of international standards.With the rapid development of the modern service industry,it is particularly urgent for higher vocational colleges to cultivate high-quality laborers and technical skills talents that meet the development needs of modern service industry.However,the talents cultivated by higher vocational colleges can not competent for the relevant work in the field of modern service industry,and the systematic study on the talents cultivation mode of modern service industry in higher vocational colleges is still rare.Therefore,faced with the new demands and new challenges put forward by the service economy,how to cultivate high-skilled talents that meet the development needs of the modern service industry has become an important issue that must be considered by the higher vocational education seriously.The purpose of this research is to solve the problem of the talents cultivated by higher vocational colleges can not meet the development needs of modern service industry.Through finding the high-skilled talents needs for the development of modern service industry,exploring the talents cultivation mode of modern service industry in higher vocational colleges from three elements that are the goals,contents and methods of the talents cultivation,this paper puts forward the optimization paths of the talents cultivation mode of modern service industry in higher vocational colleges,which could meet the development needs of modern service industry.There are three sub-questions in the research.First,what are the high-skilled talents needs for the development of modern service industry? Second,based on the high-skilled talents needs for the development of modern service industry,what are the goals,contents and methods of the talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges? Third,what are the optimization paths of the talents cultivation mode of modern service industry in higher vocational colleges?Focusing on these issues,the main contents of this research are as follows:In the core concepts and research framework of talents cultivation mode of modern service industry in higher vocational colleges,firstly,this paper defines the core concepts of servece,service industry,modern service industry,high-skilled talents and talents cultivation mode,clarifies the definition,characteristics and classification of modern service industry,and explains the definition of the talents cultivation mode of modern service industry in higher vocational colleges.Secondly,this paper explains the theoretical connotation and its instruction of the service science and the talents cultivation mode,and then constructs the research framework.In the research of talents cultivation goals of modern service industry in higher vocational colleges,by using content analysis method,this paper analyzes the talent needs for the development of modern service industry at two levels which conclude the modern service industry at the macro level and the modern service enterprise at the micro level.According to the talent needs for the development of modern service industry,and referring to the Bloom's classification system of educational objectives,this paper constructs the three-dimensional goals system of the talents cultivation of modern service industry in higher vocational colleges,which takes service knowledge as the foundation,takes service ability as the core,and takes serving emotion as the key.In the research of talents cultivation contents of modern service industry in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the talents cultivation contents from three aspects: service knowledge,service ability and service emotion.In the analysis of service knowledge,this paper clarifies the professional knowledge is the main content of service knowledge,the curriculum is an important carrier of service knowledge,and analyzes the content,methods and evaluation of the talents cultivation curriculum of modern service industry in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of knowledge production model transformation.In the analysis of service ability,by constructing the model of 3I service ability,this paper analyzes the innovation service ability,informatization service ability and individuation service ability of the talents cultivation of modern service industry in higher vocational colleges.In the analysis of service emotion,according to the characteristics of modern service industry and the definition of emotional labor,this paper clarifies that the caring quality is the key content of service emotion for high-skilled talents of modern service industry,and explores the caring quality of the talents cultivation of modern service industry in higher vocational colleges.In the research of talents cultivation methods of modern service industry in higher vocational colleges,according to the theories of service experience and experiential learning,this paper clarifies the school-enterprise cooperation is the main method to the talents cultivation of modern service industry in higher vocational colleges.According to the definition of modern apprenticeship,the certainty degree of the work content and the standardization degree of production methods in modern service industry,and the possibility of the school-enterprise cooperation of modern service industry in higher vocational colleges based on modern apprenticeship,this paper puts forward that the modern apprenticeship is a significant method to cultivate the high-skilled talents of modern service industry by school-enterprise cooperation.Then this paper explores the operating mechanism of the modern apprenticeship,and the role of modern apprenticeship in promoting the cultivation of service knowledge,service ability and service emotion.Besides,Zhejiang Commercial Vocational and Technical College is selected as a case,and this paper analyzes the deep embedded work and skill master studio practice ways in the school-enterprise cooperation of modern service industry in higher vocational colleges based on the modern apprenticeship.In the research of the optimization paths of the talents cultivation mode of modern service industry in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward the optimization paths based on the key elements that are the goals,contents and methods of the talents cultivation.The optimization paths conclude that dynamic setting the talents cultivation goals by taking needs as the orientation,optimizing setting the talents cultivation contents by taking service knowledge,ability and emotion as the core,and improving the talents cultivation methods by taking the modern apprenticeship as the support.These paths could cultivate the high-skilled talents that meet the development needs of modern service industry,promote service economy development and service innovation,and improve the quality of talents cultivation in higher vocational education.
