Since the new era,the scale of service outsourcing in China is expanding.Higher vocational colleges are the main bases for delivering applied talents to the society.After continuous exploration and development for decades,it has trained various types of talents for the various sectors of our country.At the same time,during the development it also encountered many problems.These problems are mainly reflected in the relationship between supply and demand of talents.There is a contradiction between supply and demand of talents in China's higher vocational colleges.If we don't overcome the problems arising in the process of talent training timely,the development of the outsourcing industry will be affected.Therefore,it is necessary to reform the existing talent training program.This paper introduces the related concepts of service outsourcing industry and personnel training in detail,and defines different theories through sorting,summarizing and classifying,such as human capital theory,labor division theory and comparative advantage theory.Under the guidance of the relevant theory,this paper has a deep understanding of the development of service outsourcing industry in China.Through the investigation of the existing personnel training mode,it points out the relationship between the characteristics and the development of service outsourcing talent training in China,namely there is a serious imbalance between talent training scheme of vocational colleges in China and the society and the talent demand of the enterprise.Therefore,Chinese researchers have taken different solutions to the problems existing in the process of development.Taking higher vocational colleges as the base for talent training,a variety of talents training mode has been carried out,such as,the practice exploration of school enterprise cooperation mode,order cultivation mode and post practice mode.In the process of exploration,it is found that our country is still at the primary stage in outsourcing talents training,and there are some problems,such as the imbalance of talent supply and demand,the weakness of cross culture and international communication ability.The paper also takes the Suzhou Industrial Park Service Outsourcing Career Academy as an example to deeply analyze the talent cultivation concept of "four dimensional integration".Pointing out the main methods to overcome the contradiction between the supply and demand of talents in China,that is to optimize the training program for talents and improve the system of talent management.And the path analysis is given from the perspective of the government,the enterprise and the school,and It has pointed out the direction for the development of service outsourcing talents in China.Finally,from the perspective of higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions in terms of quality assurance system,teaching organization,curriculum system,double quality teachers and innovative talents training mode from various difficulties faced by the service outsourcing talents in the process of training.Although the scientific and effective personnel training mode is somewhat difficult in specific practice,it has important theoretical significance for the healthy development of China's whole service outsourcing industry and the reform of personnel training system in vocational colleges.
