The healthy China by the healthy China campaign Promotion Committee is a national special plan,in which the mental health promotion campaign clearly proposes to effectively slow down the rising trend of the occurrence of mental related diseases among Chinese people,and continuously improve the mental health literacy level of residents.At the same time,health is the inevitable requirement of promoting people's all-round development,the cornerstone of economic and social development,the important symbol of national prosperity,and the common pursuit of the general public.College students in the new era are the future builders and successors of China's socialist cause,the builders and practitioners of the next 30 years,the creators of the Chinese dream,and the implementers of the great changes in the past century.As a talent reserve and future pillar,the health of college students is related to the future and destiny of the Communist Party and the country.Mental health is an important part of the new concept of health and an important basis for the quality of talents.The improvement of mental health literacy is the improvement of the quality of talents in the new era.According to the guiding ideology,objectives,tasks and implementation requirements of healthy China initiative,based on the previous theoretical research of College Students' mental health education,this thesis explores the current situation of College Students' mental health in the new era,analyzes the new characteristics of College Students' mental health literacy and behavior performance,deepens and expands the path analysis of College Students' mental health literacy promotion,as well as construct a new era of College Students' mental health education system.This is a political task to implement the strategic decision of healthy China initiative,a practical need for colleges and universities to comprehensively improve the quality of personnel training,and a need for the comprehensive and free development of those who undertake the great mission in the new era.At present,the mental health education in Colleges and universities has reached a certain scale and level,which plays an important role in the field of mental health maintenance,especially for students with psychological problems,they can basically enjoy the service of mental health.But the mental health education of college students should not only be designed for a few students with psychological problems,but also for every student who needs to improve their mental health literacy.Psychological literacy is very important for college students' school life and later social life,for themselves and the people around them,and for the harmony of their families and communities.Therefore,the mental health education in Colleges and universities is facing a significant transformation,which is not only to prevent mental health diseases,but also to improve the mental health literacy of all college students.Besides,this transformation is not only to improve the mental health level vaguely,but also cultivate the mental health literacy pragmatically and prospectively.That is to guide every college student to understand know how to promote and maintain their own and others'mental health,and how to treat and deal with psychological problems scientifically.How to transform and how to carry out mental health education in Colleges and universities in the new period from the perspective of cultivating and improving college students' psychological literacy is an important topic that needs to be studied at present,which is also the core problem that this thesis attempts to figure our.In the past,although some valuable experience has been accumulated in the implementation stage of mental health education in Colleges and universities,there is a great difference between the fuzzy goal of improving the level of mental health and the goal of improving mental health literacy of college students.The academic research on mental health literacy is still insufficient,and the systematic research on how to cultivate and improve college students' mental health education from the perspective of psychological literacy is also relatively limited.On the basis of summing up the past experience,combined with qualitative and quantitative research,this thesis initially puts forward the thoughts,paths and systems of the cultivation of mental health literacy in Colleges and universities.This thesis focuses on the new era,in the face of great changes in a century,from the perspective of healthy China to review the theme of College Students' mental health and its cultivation,trying to make breakthroughs from the following three aspects:First,we explore interdisciplinary research methods based on the integration of Marxism and psychology.In guiding theory,we adhere to Marxism-Leninism,MaoismandXi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era.In the research method,we combine the qualitative research with the empirical research.The conclusion of this thesis can get the mutual support between Marxism and psychology.Second,Based on the empirical research,we put forward the path to improve college students' mental health literacy based on empirical research.Combined with more than ten years' work cases and interviews with teachers and students,this thesis studies the mental health literacy of college students,and constructs the"individual-environment influencing factors" model of College Students' mental health,so as to promote the positive transformation of College Students' mental health influencing factors and realize the positive interaction between College Students'individual and growth environment.Thirdly,Based on the above research,we put forward the implementation path and training system of College Students' mental health literacy in the new era of healthy China initiative.The remarkable characteristics of the system include full panticipation of College Students' mental health cultivation,full attention to cultivation procedure and comprehensive improvement goal of mental health cultivation.Besides,according to the individual differences of college students,this system adapts the hierarchical cultivation mode of mental health.The last characteristic is to comprehensively strengthenthe cultivation of College Students' mental health literacy in the new era from the perspective of school,family and society,and introduce the mobile terminal,big data technology and artificial intelligence into the cultivation of College Students'mental health to enhance the timeliness,effectiveness and accuracy of the cultivation.This has practical reference significance for college students' mental health education,values cultivation and education policy making under the background of healthy China initiative in the new era.In the next ten years before 2030,the talent training of colleges and universities,especially the mental health education,should seize the great opportunity of the implementation of the healthy China initiative,promote the all-round development of college students,and better help them grow up.
