In the era of economic globalization, trade has had an important impact on the world's major economies.Trade liberalization,as an important means to join the wave of globalization, has a profound impact on the domestic economy, which is mainly manifested in growth, industrial structure, employment and other aspects. As a basic element in the production process, labor force, its employment, promotion, rights protection and other aspects may play an important role in the social economy.Looking back at history,in the transitional stage of the economy and society, solving the labor problem is always the key to promoting the development of society. In order to better solve the labor problem, this paper uses historical data from Shanghai from 1918 to1941 to analyze the impact of trade liberalization on rank mobility and gender differences and discuss the realization of system and policy efficiency, and draw the following conclusions.First,in the study of the impact of trade liberalization on rank mobility, this article finds that trade liberalization will significantly increase the ranks of high-level talents and reduce the ranks of low-level talents, but when gender characteristics are taken into account, trade liberalization Conducive to improving the average rank of women. In addition, factors such as industry concentration and system characteristics of different concessions will have an important impact on female rank mobility.Second, when using empirical analysis methods to study the impact of trade liberalization on gender differences, this article finds that: trade liberalization can significantly reduce the level differences in the industry;when the industry is affected by trade shocks, the speed of adjustment is extremely fast, and trade causes gender level differences. The main impact of the impact is in the first year after the impact of trade liberalization;in addition, this article also finds that gender equality in political rights does not significantly reduce gender differences in ranks.Third, this article analyzes the impact of imported goods on labor rights from the perspective of the impact of trade liberalization on labor disputes. It was found that an increase in imports will increase labor disputes, thereby increasing labor disputes;an increase in imports will also reduce the overall scope of the case, but will make women and child labor more involved in the case;in addition,an increase in imports will increase the use of labor The winning rate of cases in the informal system period, but the labor winning rate will be significantly reduced when using the formal system. However, during the period of the Republic of China, the Nanjing government created the first formal labor dispute settlement system in modern Chinese history, but this system did not actually change the labor situation.Fourth,in order to further verify the role of the labor dispute settlement system in the Republic of China, this article uses the labor dispute cases in Shanghai from 1918 to 1940 as an example, and uses empirical analysis to analyze the impact of system implementation on system efficiency from the perspective of system implementation.Through research,it is found that poor system implementation makes the system originally used to protect workers' rights and interests more serious damage to workers in labor disputes;the state power under the control of the government may have an important impact on the implementation of the system.
