Construction And Share High-quality Digital Resources Universities Of Jiangsu Province

Explicitly requested by "the national long-term reform and development plan" to see the speeding up of the process of education information as the safeguards of promoting the development of the education reform, higher education should be read in conjunction with the digital resources of their own law of development, and to promote resources sharing, to achieve a balanced development of education. In October2011,the Ministry of Education of China issued the document," Directions on Establishing National Excellent Open Courses", which would strike a new heat wave of applying and establishing excellent courses. Jiangsu is one of the economically developed provinces, which is also a regional education development not balanced provinces, the number of colleges and universities in South of Jiangsu province accounts for about70%of the total number of it, this situation has seriously affected the balanced development of education in Jiangsu province.To do this we need to departure from the construction and sharing status of high-quality digital resources in Jiangsu University, Systematic summarized the strategies to accelerate the pace of constructing and sharing of digital resources, with a view of ultimately achieving the construction and sharing of Jiangsu high-quality digital resources.In view of this, this paper is divided into five parts to research the construction and sharing situation of high-quality digital resources in Jiangsu province.The first part is the introduction:mainly expounds from six aspects:the background of the selected topic, the research question, the research content, the research ideas and methods, the definition of the core concepts, the significance of the research;The second part is the related literature review:elaborate from three aspects of the digital sources and high-quality digital resources, digital resources sharing process, the development of the university digital educational resources sharing model;The third part is the construction and sharing status of the digital resources in Jiangsu Higher Education Institutions:mainly from the construction status of high-quality digital resources in University of Jiangsu Province, the sharing status of high-quality digital resources in University of Jiangsu Province, the existing problems in high-quality digital resources construction and sharing;The fourth part is the high-quality digital resource sharing strategies and mechanisms in Universities of Jiangsu Province:The main factors of the sharing of digital resources,the motivation of high-quality digital resource sharing in Jiangsu University,the basic strategy of high-quality digital resource sharing in Jiangsu university, the sharing mechanism of high-quality digital resource in Jiangsu university;The fifth part is the summary and outlook.The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in the following two aspects: Firstly, summarized the status and problems of the construction and sharing of high-quality digital resources, providing a practical basis for the next phase of the study; secondly, proposed an efficient mechanism to promoting high-quality digital resource sharing.All in all, the study is a long-term project, which requires the community to make joint efforts.
