Research On The Poverty Alleviation Effect Of Sports Tourism In Rural Areas Of Liupanshui City

The precise poverty reduction strategy is in line with the rural revitalization strategy,which is an important deployment for the successful completion of the build a moderately prosperous society in all respects.The rural revitalization strategy is a continuation and distillation of the precise poverty reduction strategy in practice,the results of the precise poverty reduction strategy will provide theoretical basis and practical experience for the rural revitalization strategy.Since 2008,rural sports tourism has been developing rapidly in China,which is supported by the government because of its correlation effect and multiplier effect.However,with the development of rural sports tourism,there are frequent reports of interest conflicts between the managers of sports tourism scenic spots and local villagers on the Internet.So the development of rural sports tourism in the local GDP growth,at the same time,the rural low-income households,poverty-alleviation households and other vulnerable groups will benefit? Is there a phenomenon of "elite capture"(the beneficiaries are the relatively well-off in the countryside,not the relatively poor)? If there is such a phenomenon,what kind of sports tourism can help the rural revitalization,promote new rural construction,prevent rural poverty and narrow the gap between urban and rural?Therefore,this paper is based on the research background of speeding up the campaign of fighting poverty in Liupanshui,combining with the "opinions on the implementation of Sports Poverty Alleviation Project" jointly issued by the State General Administration of Sports and the Poverty Alleviation Office of the State Council Objectives and tasks of Liupanshui's "13th five-year plan for Sports Development" promulgated by Liupanshui Sports Bureau.Based on the theories of sustainable development,pro-poor growth and comparative advantage,this paper uses the methods of Literature Review,Field Survey and questionnaire.Focusing on the above questions,this paper studies the effect of Sports Tourism on poverty alleviation in Liupanshui,firstly analyzing the background of sports tourism poverty alleviation,secondly analyzing the current situation of poverty alleviation and the mode of poverty alleviation,finally,the paper studies the positive and negative effects of sports tourism poverty alleviation in Liupanshui from three aspects of economy,culture and ecology.The results show that Liupanshui is rich in sports tourism resources,and the development of sports tourism poverty alleviation shows the common characteristic of the initial stage of tourism development,that is,the positive effect is remarkable.In addition to the obvious economic and ecological and cultural effects,which are of great concern to everyone,there is another positive effect that is easy to be overlooked,but it has very important positive effects: the development of sports tourism to help the poorguide the improvement of the quality and professional skills of the poor people around the scenic spots from the side,that is,while solving the employment problems of the poor people around the scenic spots,through professional and technical training,they also emancipated their inherent feudal ideology,especially in improving the social status of women,played a huge role.Although the positive effect of Sports Tourism Poverty Alleviation in Liupanshui is obvious,there are also some deficiencies in sports tourism poverty alleviation in Liupanshui.First,because of the differences in the overall quality,professional knowledge and financial capacity of the poor population,there is a phenomenon of minority benefit and elite capture in sports tourism poverty alleviation in Liupanshui.The relatively rich in the countryside are getting richer,while the relatively poor are left with little to live on.Based on this,this paper puts forward some suggestions on poverty alleviation and optimization of sports tourism in Liupanshui.
