Research On The Measures To Promote The Participation Of The Poor In The Sports Tourism Poverty Alleviation Projects In Mashan County Based On DART Model

Sports tourism has become a new consumption hotspot as a new leisure mode integrating and interacting sports industry and tourism industry.With the value of sports tourism in the economic and social development emerging,Chinese government attaches more and more importance to sports tourism.As the key county of national poverty alleviation and development work in the new era,Mashan county has explored and formed a mode of “sports+ tourism + poverty alleviation”,hope to increase the income of the poor families and boost poverty alleviation through developing sports and tourism programs.However,in the process of developing sports tourism poverty alleviation projects in Mashan county,it revealed that the poverty alleviation projects of sports tourism is in urgent need of further developing and the poor are not highly motivated to participate in sports tourism projects.Through reviewing and analyzing the domestic and foreign literatures on value co-creation,it is found that the DART model with four elements of Dialogue,Access,risk-benefit and Transparency can be used to optimize the path for the poor to participate in sports tourism poverty alleviation projects.Based on the actual development of sports tourism poverty alleviation projects in Mashan county,by building the DART model,found that promote interest of the poor involved in sports tourism poverty alleviation projects in Mashan county is necessary,first of all,creating a interactive dialogue platform for stakeholders equally,the government,enterprises and consumers,the poor as stakeholders should be keep communication constantly and exchange of information frequently.government can timely,accurately understand the needs of the poor through equal dialogue and provide convenient services,the policy support of regional industry development and the global industry development trend,key technology and other help for them..Secondly,by developingdiversified information acquisition methods,stakeholders can obtain the basic information of sports tourism poverty alleviation projects about Mashan county easier and quicker,continuously grasp the latest preferential policies of the government for the poor and eliminate their cognitive barriers.Again,through the perfect risk prevention mechanism,clearing the government,enterprises and consumers,local residents for the development of sports tourism deal with the risk of safety in the process of poverty alleviation projects,making the various stakeholders share risks.at the same time,establishing the mechanism of risk prevention that the government as the leading factor,enterprises,customers and the poor are the assist factors,the maximum to reduce the risk,escorting the benefit of the poor and make sure their income increase for a long-term stability.Finally,by creating a transparent and open platform,consumers can improve their trust in the poor continuously,enhancing the confidence and determination of the poor to participate in the poverty alleviation projects of sports and tourism by providing relevant products and services information publicly.At the same time,it is necessary to strengthen the skills training of the poor,so as to avoid the ability to panic and make them better to participate in the poverty alleviation projects of sports tourism.
