Research On The Knowledge Service Mechanism Of University Think Tanks Driven By Innovation

University think-tank is an important part of the new type of think-tank,which plays an important role in decision support and cultivating talent.With the rapid increase in demand of decision support,university think tanks have exposed a lot of problems.These problems include existing in the products of university think tanks,in the use of resources and in form of organization.After analyzing the key words of "university think-tank ",it is found that the knowledge service of university think-tank is the focus of related research of university think-tank.The problems exposed by university think-tanks also have more concrete embodiment in the process of knowledge service of university think-tanks,including the problems existing in the process of knowledge service of university think-tanks and the problems existing in the knowledge service system of university think-tanks.Under the idea of innovation-driven,this article starts with the knowledge service flow of university think-tank,aims to solve the problems in the knowledge service flow of university think-tank,constructs the innovation mechanism of knowledge service of university think-tank,and finally carries on the empirical research through Longjiang Development Research Center to verify the practical application ability of the research.The details of this paper are as follows:(1)It is the opening part of the article to describe the research background,significance,domestic and foreign research status and relevant theoretical basis.(2)Research on knowledge service of university think-tank.Through the research,from the macroscopic angle and the microscopic angle,the author makes clear the existing problems of the knowledge service of the university think-tank,and expounds the causes of the problem and the solution path,which provides the l support for the following chapters to construct the innovation mechanism of the knowledge service of the university think-tank.(3)Research on the innovative mechanism of the knowledge service of university think-tanks.This article expounds the overall structure and elements of the knowledge service system of university think-tank,and studies the innovation mechanism of knowledge service of university think-tank from four angles: theoretical innovation,policy innovation,technological innovation and talent innovation.(4)Put forward the innovation strategy of knowledge service of university think-tank.In the last chapter,the innovation mechanism of the knowledge service of the university think-tank is transformed from the solution direction of the micro system to the specific innovation strategy of the macro,so as to enhance the practical significance of the research.Finally,an empirical study is carried out on the knowledge service mechanism of university think-tank.Combined with practical cases,the reliability of knowledge service innovation mechanism of university think-tank is verified,and the practical significance of research is further enhanced.
