Research On The Shaping Of College Counselors' Professional Personality In The New Era

At the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping declared to the world: "Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era." Entering a new era does not mean realizing a new era.The achievement of the new era can never be as simple as easily beating drums and gongs.It requires a large number of young people with university students as an important part to continue their struggle and bravely shoulder the important tasks of the times.The new era have put forward new and higher requirements for the basic quality and mental state of contemporary college students.It not only requires college students to have solid professional knowledge,but more importantly,college students in the new era must have a positive personality.Educators must first educate themselves.As an important force in shaping the personality of college students,college counselors directly affect the personality development of college students.Although most college counselors have made unremitting efforts in personality shaping under the guidance of the new requirements of the new era,from the perspective of the personality status of college counselors in recent years,there are still some problems and difficulties in the personality status of some college counselors,and can not effectively meet the requirements of the new era.Therefore,in the face of the actual needs of educating people and talents in the new era,the research on shaping and optimizing the personality of college counselors in the new era has strong practical and contemporary significance.Guided by Marxist theory,this study adheres to the unity of logic and history,the combination of qualitative and quantitative,guided by the strong problem consciousness that the current professional personality reality of some counselors can not effectively meet the requirements of the new era,and taking the new requirements of the new era for the professional personality of College counselors as the logical starting point,considers how to empirically analyze the current situation of College Counselors' professional personality,Comprehensively grasp the gap between the actual situation of counselors' professional personality and the expected professional personality of College Counselors in the new era,comprehensively explore the reasons for the gap,and then put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions.This study always focuses on the logical context of "what,how,why and how to do",and makes a systematic study on the shaping of College Counselors' professional personality in the new era.The full text is mainly divided into five parts.The first part is an overview of personality and College Counselors' professional personality,focusing on what college counselors' professional personality is.This part first defines the concept of personality,explains its connotation and describes its characteristics.Secondly,focus on the research object of college counselors,sort out the research results of academic circles on College Counselors' professional personality,take Marxist Humanistic Theory as the guidance,learn from the knowledge of personality psychology,higher education,management and other related disciplines,and deeply excavate the general connotation of College Counselors' professional personality on the basis of clarifying the structure of College Counselors' professional personality Particularity,connotation and action mechanism.The second part is the new requirements of the new era for the professional personality of college counselors,focusing on the question of what is the standard of the professional personality structure of College Counselors in the new era.The premise of this response is to clarify the new requirements for the work of College Counselors in the new era and the professional personality structure of College Counselors in the new era.On this basis,we can accurately analyze the professional personality structure norms of College Counselors in the new era.According to the new requirements for the mental outlook of college students in the new era,combined with the professional characteristics of college counselors,this paper puts forward the new requirements for the role of College Counselors in the new era,and tries to construct and verify the professional personality structure of College Counselors in the new era.After establishing the professional personality structure model,this paper sublimates the empirical research into five personality structures: professional ideal,professional cognition,professional emotion,professional will and professional ability,expounds its specific professional personality representation and characteristics,and then puts forward a systematic standard for the professional personality structure of College Counselors in the new era.The third part investigates the current situation of College Counselors' professional personality,focusing on how to empirically analyze the current situation of College Counselors' professional personality in the new era.This study mainly adopts the empirical research method,conducts an empirical survey on 525 counselors and 1481 college students in 38 colleges and universities in 14 provinces and cities through the professional personality evaluation questionnaire of college counselors,and uses the statistical analysis software spss24.0 to professionally process the collected data,From the perspective of counselors and college students,this paper analyzes the overall situation of counselors' professional personality and the characteristics of demographic variables,and finally analyzes and compares the overall situation and differences of counselors' professional personality evaluation around counselors and college students,so as to grasp the current situation of College Counselors' professional personality.The fourth part analyzes the current situation of College Counselors' professional personality and the causes of the existing problems,focusing on how to dialectically grasp the current situation and causes of professional personality.We should treat the current situation dialectically,not only affirm the good aspects of College Counselors' professional personality,but also show the problems realistically.Through the investigation,it is found that although the mainstream of College Counselors' professional personality is good,the professional personality of some counselors is not consistent with the requirements of the new era.There is still some room for progress in strengthening professional ideals,improving professional ability,deepening professional cognition,cultivating professional emotion and tempering professional will.Look at the essence through the phenomenon,deeply analyze the causes of the problems,and analyze the causes from seven main aspects closely related to the work and life of counselors,such as the state,society,universities,individuals,families,peers and students,so as to pave the way for accurate policy implementation.The fifth part analyzes the strategies of shaping the professional personality of College Counselors in the new era,focusing on how to shape the professional personality of College Counselors in the new era.The proposal of countermeasures is always based on a certain early accumulation and specific environment.Through combing the relevant support provided for the shaping of College Counselors' professional personality in the new era,accurately targeting the problems,putting forward corresponding strategies more accurately and systematically from the seven main aspects of the problems,and finally returning to the realization of the five personality structure norms of College Counselors in the new era,Ensure that the proposed strategy can be implemented accurately and effectively.
