Human survival and development of land is an important material foundation for the maintenance of the peasants of Rural collective,and land is the basic guarantee of survival.Therefore, for such a rural population of China accounts for the vast majority of country, making full use of rural collective land, improving the economic benefits of land use to achieve both social and economic development, but also to ensure social harmony and stability objectives, with a significant practical significance. However, to solve the problem of rural collective land, they had to study rural land property rights system, which is the current civil legislation of the most sensitive and involves the most extensive of the issues. China's "Constitution", "Civil Law", "Land Management Law" and "Property Law" have established a rural land property rights system. But the academics and the community generally feel that the existing rural land property rights be many defects, which directly affect the role of collective land to play a harmonious society and build a socialist new countryside. Of rural land property rights system reform, we must not forget that Marxism must be based on Marx's theory of land ownership as a guide, combined with China's land property right system reform in the historical process to study Marx's theory of how the land property rights and China's practice of rural land reform combination.This paper is based on China's rural land system reform since the founding of the historical process of the main line to study the appropriate property rights in China during the reform of rural land in the process of how the application and development of Marx's theory of land ownership.
