The thesis takes three Lisu villages which are loeated dong Nujiang River and Jinsha River as the study objects, and discusses the economic and social changes with the construction of the dam.The case study on migration relocation of the three villages from different regions indicates that economic changes are mainly effected by state power and capital power.Social, economic, idealistic and practical changes of the minority concentrated region are influenced by these two kinds of power. In other words, economic changes in minority concentrated region are related with the state power and capital. How the state power acts in concert with the capital in current China? When the governmental power is out of supervising mechanism and profit-seeking has no control, power will easily work hand in capital without restriction by law.The minority concentrated regions are often the important profit-seeking localities because of the abundant natural resources.Lisu people are mainly located nearby river valley in tihree parallel rivers region, where changes sharply with the hydroelectric construction and investment promotion.Hydroelectric construction changes the economic livelihood of the Lisu villagers and different villages are affected diversely. The changes promoted by extermal power are intimately connected in state power and capital. In the process of migration relocation, owners of the hydropower station, local governments and villagers form triangular gambling relationship.Any two sides of the relationship both have resistance and compromise. The so-called unruly people and unbending resisters appear gradually in the gambling process. The result is economic differentiation in the interior of the villagers and uncertainty to deal with the crisis and vitality for the villagers.
