China’s villages within the city, China’s unique product, is associated with rapid urbanization and urban-rural dual structure, is the inevitable outcome to a specific stage of the development of urbanization in China. Studying this unique phenomenon in China, is in line with China’s national conditions, and has a positive effect on the process of urbanization in China and helps to break through the constraints of the dual system, realize the integration of urban and rural development. Urban village farmers are major players in the process of urbanization; it is significant to settle their sustainable livelihoods for improving quality of urbanization.Papers are based on reading and learning from relevant literature. With the theories of "slum" reconstruction, urban sprawl and urban renewal, and combined with the fact of urban village farmers’personal abilities, lifestyle changes and collective economic system changes, this paper, first of all, analysis accumulation of urban village farmers’livelihood assets. Then, with the help of the issued questionnaire in Handan City, including investigation of landless farmers’human capital, natural capital, social capital, material capital and funds capital status, paper gets to an empirical analysis combined with the DFID model and Logistic regression model, the innovation of point is more refinement in discretional analysis, adjustment on DFID model. Paper finally comes to an integrated measures of guaranteeing village landless farmers’continued livelihoods-a new model of the Trinity "economic compensation for premise, and Employment services in center, backed by the social security ". Paper came to the conclusion that village in China would not die out, but also to find ways to develop and eventually makes ideal results of changing into the city fundamentally in the process of urbanization. Finally this article summarizes the problems existed in urban village farmers for sustainable livelihoods, and proposes appropriate solutions.
