Research On The Path Of Independent Innovation With Chinese Characteristics

The 19th National Congress of the CPC pointed out that China's economy has shifted from the high-speed growth stage to the high-quality development stage.Scientific and technological innovation has become the primary driving force for the development of high-quality economic and has been placed at the core of the country's innovative development strategy in China.Xi Jinping emphasized that the implement of the innovation-driven development strategy is fundamentally to enhance the capacity for independent innovation,which depends on keeping the path of independent innovation with Chinese characteristics.Since the establishment of the People's Republic of China,the strength of science and technology has increased significantly in the development of science and technology in 70 years.China has realized the transition from tracking imitation to independent innovation,and from "follow runners" to "leaders" in the field of technological innovation,based on which China has successfully explored the path of independent innovation with Chinese characteristics out.As an important part of the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the path of independent innovation with Chinese characteristics not only conforms to the world's scientific and technological trends and innovation laws,but also is based on China's national conditions and development reality,which is a necessary condition to improve strength of science and technology and comprehensive nation.Therefore,studying the theoretical and practical issues of the path of independent innovation with Chinese characteristics,summing up its development of history,seeking its historical logic,and exploring its specific content have important theoretical value and practical significance for implementing the innovation-driven development strategy and making China into a future technological powerhouse.The paper takes the path of independent innovation with Chinese characteristics as the core research object,adheres to Marxist viewpoints,and comprehensively uses the literature research method,systematic analysis method,and comparative research method to build a theoretical framework which covers the theoretical foundation,origin-historical summary,core content,problem disclosure and path selection.This paper defines the basic concepts of independent innovation and the path of independent innovation with Chinese characteristics,and expounds the relevant theoretical basis.Based on the review of the development process of the path of independent innovation with Chinese characteristics,we extract its main achievements and characteristics.Focusing on the new changes in the situation of independent innovation at the new era,the paper summarizes the specific content of the path of independent innovation with Chinese characteristics from the guiding ideology,main principles,development goals and driving factors.Finally,the author use the logical framework of the "four-in-one" of independent innovation which contains system,subject,resources,and culture to analyze the difficulties faced in the development of independent innovation path with Chinese characteristics,and then proposes optimal countermeasures to promote the development of independent innovation roads with Chinese characteristics.The path of independent innovation with Chinese characteristics showed distinctive characteristics in the development process,namely,the multi-dimensional guarantee under the overall leadership of the Communist Party of China,the absolute advantage of the socialist system condensing the subject and resources,and the people-centered innovation cultural value.The driving factors including the supply and implementation of the system,the collaborative innovation of industry-university-research,the input of multiple innovative factors,and the cultivation of innovative ideal culture,which are organically linked and play their own unique functions in the whole progress of the path of independent innovation with Chinese characteristics,providing new momentum for the innovative development of China.At the same time,in view of the difficulties faced by the path of independent innovation with Chinese characteristics,such as insufficient institutional guarantee,inefficient collaborative innovation mechanism,unbalanced resource input structure,and multidimensional cultural risks,etc,we proposed the optimal countermeasures from the aspects of optimizing policy and legal environment,promoting collaborative innovation among industry-university-research,improving the allocation of innovation resources,advocating an innovation culture to improve the guarantee of independent innovation system,enhance the support of independent innovation subject,consolidate the foundation of independent innovation resource,show the spirit of independent innovation,respectively.
