Research On The Upgrading Path Of Industrial Alliance Innovation Ecosystem

In the era of knowledge economy,the competition of science and technology in the world is becoming increasingly fierce.As an important organizational form of innovation driven development strategy in China,industrial alliances have become the leading force to breakthrough the key generic technology,core technology and “neck” technology.The 14 th Five-Year Plan also clearly states that China supports enterprises to take the lead in establishing innovative combinations.However,with the rapid increase of the number and scale of industrial alliances,the problems such as formal alliance,loose innovation cooperation and weak innovation ability are becoming increasingly prominent.Under the background of innovation paradigm transformation and upgrading from innovation system to innovation ecosystem,the development of industrial alliance innovation ecosystem(IAIE)is not only the strategic direction of transformation and upgrading of industrial alliance,but also the focus and starting point of comprehensively promoting the construction and development of innovation ecosystem in China.Therefore,from the structural perspective,it has great theoretical and practical significance to reveal the evolution mechanism of IAIE,scientifically design and select the upgrading path of IAIE,and construct the corresponding realization mechanism of upgrading path.Firstly,based on the analysis of the related research trends at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the connotation characteristics of IAIE,constructs the structure model of IAIE,reveals the evolution dynamics the evolution process of IAIE.What's more,this paper depicts the different evolution circumstances of the innovation ecosystem of industrial alliance,and reveals the mechanism of the factors of the evolution rate.In addition,based on the evolution mechanism of IAIE,the research framework of upgrading path of IAIE is constructed.Secondly,according to the evolution mechanism of IAIE,the upgrading path framework of IAIE is proposed.Based on theoretical analysis and case study,according to the characteristics and path model,key processes and applicable conditions,the basic upgrading paths of IAIE,such as the transformation and upgrading of innovation strategy,the radiation and upgrading of core innovation platform,and the embedded upgrading of diversity structure are designed.Thirdly,based on the applicable conditions of upgrading path of IAIE,this paper studies the influencing factors of upgrading path selection,designs ideas and processes of upgrading path selection,and designs the index system of upgrading path selection around the IAIE main bodies composition advantages,the relationship between the main bodies advantages and the characteristics of ecological environment,uses AHP and rule evaluation method to build upgrading path selection method.Fourthly,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the upgrading path of IAIE,this paper puts forward the framework of the upgrading path realization mechanism and the mechanism design focus of different paths,and systematically designs the upgrading path realization mechanism of IAIE around the dimensions of upgrading power enhancement,upgrading process control,upgrading condition guarantee and dynamic evaluation of upgrading effect.Finally,this paper selects TD industrial alliance for case study,analyzes the evolution process of TD industrial alliance innovation ecosystem,selects the upgrading path of TD industrial alliance innovation ecosystem for 5G,puts forward the transformation strategy of upgrading path and countermeasures and suggestions to improve the implementation mechanism of upgrading path from4 G to 5G,so as to demonstrate the evolution mechanism,upgrading path of IAIE and the scientific effectiveness of the realization mechanism.In a word,this study not only enriches the relevant theoretical methods of industry alliance and innovation ecosystem,but also provides scientific theoretical guidance and decision support for promoting the sustainable and healthy development of China's industrial alliance and comprehensively improving the overall innovation efficiency and ability of IAIE.
