The COVID-19 pandemic has dealt a huge blow to both the world economy and the Chinese economy,with small and medium-sized enterprises suffering especially heavy losses.Their weakness of small scale and poor risk resilience has been further amplified,and their survival and development face huge uncertainties,as the epidemic continues to spread,it is becoming more difficult for small and medium-sized enterprises to obtain customers and their costs remain high.At this difficult moment,it is necessary for enterprises to "work together to tide over difficulties".However,due to the lack of close emotional ties between team members,some small and medium-sized enterprises face a far greater risk of being eliminated from the market in the case of surging risks and uncertainties.What kind of team can effectively resist risk? After investigation,it is found that those teams that can effectively establish shared leadership have stronger competitive advantages,and shared leadership has become the key to maintaining team stability.The advantage of shared leadership lies in breaking the strict identity boundaries of traditional formal leadership,arousing the enthusiasm of team members to participate,giving full play to the advantages of team members' knowledge and ability,and effectively making up for the shortcomings of formal leadership.In the COVID-19 era,shared leadership plays an even more important role in the development of new enterprises.It is because of these advantages of the existence of Shared leadership,therefore,it is necessary to further study of Shared leadership,and tries to find the Shared leadership what "sharing" and "how to share",the problem of this type can be Shared into the team of researchers led by this level,but also can expand Shared leadership how to effectively play a role in the start-up team.Team entrepreneurial passion is an important aspect of the team outcomes that shared leadership may affect.Team entrepreneurial passion is an important means for new enterprises to maintain competitive advantages,which has been proved in the practice of most successful enterprises.For example,Alibaba,which has developed into the largest e-commerce platform in China,overcame the disadvantage of insufficient resources by relying on the team entrepreneurship passion of "Eighteen Arhats" at the beginning of its entrepreneurship,overcame various difficulties in the process of entrepreneurship by relying on the team entrepreneurship passion,and eventually grew into the largest e-commerce platform in China.Another example is New Oriental,the earliest education giant listed in the United States in China.In the initial stage,it relied on the entrepreneurial passion of the team to make a "grass-stage team" eventually grow into an industry giant.The success of these enterprises is contingent,but it is not difficult to see the important role of team entrepreneurial passion.Under the double pressure of insufficient resources and external competition,stimulating and maintaining team entrepreneurial passion can be regarded as a feasible way to effectively help new enterprise teams out of difficulties.Existing studies have covered both shared leadership and team entrepreneurial passion.As an effective means of leadership,shared leadership has important theoretical significance for team building,and it is bound to have an impact on the formation of team emotion.As the most positive emotion in team emotion,team entrepreneurial passion is of great significance to maintain team stability and competitive advantage.However,existing studies lack attention to the key issue of how shared leadership affects team entrepreneurial passion,and there is room and value for research.Based on such cognition,this paper proposes that shared leadership can promote team entrepreneurship passion,and further explores the mechanism between the two mechanism of action.This article through to the emotional factors that affect team entrepreneurship and identity factors were analyzed,and find out the mechanism of Shared leadership's influence on the team entrepreneurship,the team cohesion and team cognitive ability in Shared leadership and the mediation role of relationship between team entrepreneurship and team cohesion and team cognition the chain of intermediary role,at the same time,The influence of shared leadership on team cohesion can be effectively enhanced by the decision making method of effect reasoning.Therefore,this article constructs the Shared leadership as independent variables,team cohesion,and team cognition as intermediary variables,effect of reasoning as regulating variable,and the relationship between team entrepreneurship as the dependent variable models,aims to reveal the Shared leadership on team direct effect of entrepreneurial passion,team cohesion and team cognitive mediation role,as well as the effect of reasoning.In general,this paper is mainly divided into the following parts:First,the existing domestic and foreign studies are systematically reviewed,including social identity theory,emotional infection theory,social cognition theory and high ladder theory,to clarify the theoretical basis of this paper.At the same time,the research on shared leadership,team cohesion,team cognitive ability,effect reasoning and team entrepreneurial passion is systematically reviewed to provide necessary support for hypothesis formulation and model construction.Secondly,on the basis of literature analysis and combined with the results of case analysis,the concepts of shared leadership,team cohesion,team cognitive ability,effect reasoning and team entrepreneurial passion are defined,and a theoretical model of the impact of shared leadership on team entrepreneurial passion is constructed.On this basis,11 research hypotheses are proposed.Deep analysis Shared leadership on team entrepreneurship,the main effects of group cohesion and group cognitive mediation role,team cohesion and team cognitive mediation role continuously,as well as the effect of reasoning in a Shared leadership and team cohesion,Shared leadership and team cognitive ability of two relations of adjustment.Thirdly,through questionnaire survey,748 valid questionnaires from 125 new enterprise teams in Changchun,Beijing,Shenzhen and Dongguan were collected.SPSS24.0,AMOS24.0 and MPLUS7.4 software were used to conduct descriptive statistical analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,aggregation analysis and other tests on the collected sample data to ensure the quality of the data,and MPLUS7.4 structural equation model was used to test the research hypothesis proposed in this paper to obtain the analysis results.According to the result of empirical analysis,10 out of 11 hypotheses proposed in this study have passed the test,and the necessary explanation for the hypotheses that have not passed the test has been made.Fourthly,this paper summarizes the research conclusions,puts forward four innovations of this research,analyzes the management practice implications of the hypotheses supported by data,points out the limitations and shortcomings of the research,and puts forward the future research direction of this paper.From two perspectives of emotion and cognition,this study explores how shared leadership affects team entrepreneurial passion in dynamic context.The main innovations and theoretical contributions are as follows:First of all,this study reveals the mechanism by which shared leadership influences team entrepreneurial passion,enrichis the theoretical and empirical research on shared leadership,and provides a new perspective for the research on team entrepreneurial passion.By deeply exploring the connotation of shared leadership,this study introduces shared leadership into the research of new ventures,expands the research field of shared leadership,and makes shared leadership become an important part of the leadership construction process of new ventures.Secondly,this study enriches the triggering mechanism of team entrepreneurship passion and provides a necessary supplement for the research on team entrepreneurship passion.Studies have shown that entrepreneurs tend to mobilize and stimulate their own emotions to form entrepreneurial passion,but how to effectively transfer this passion to team members is a problem that every entrepreneur has to face,and sharing leadership is a more appropriate way of leadership.Again,this research from both emotional and cognitive perspective,through the introduction of team cohesion and team cognitive ability the two intermediary variables,reveals the mechanism of Shared leadership's influence on the team entrepreneurship,at the same time also shows that through the team cohesion and team formed by the cognitive ability of continuous intermediary role,can strengthen Shared leadership role of team entrepreneurship.Finally,this paper examines the moderating effect of effect reasoning,and reveals the impact of shared leadership on team cohesion and team cognitive ability,thus contributing to the research on team entrepreneurial passion.
