Research On The Evaluation And Development Path Of Manufacturing Intelligence In China

In the early 2000 s,the governments of the United States,Germany,Japan and some other developed countries have successively established and actively deployed the intelligent manufacturing strategy.The Chinese government is now focusing on promoting the reform of intelligent manufacturing,to continuously improving the intellectualization level of manufacturing industry,by the integration of industrialization and informatization.It is of great theoretical value and practical significance to objectively quantify and evaluate the intellectualization level of China's manufacturing industry,to compare the manufacturing strategies and key points with other countries,and to clarify the path of intelligent reform of China's manufacturing industry,for both enriching the innovative development theory and improving the development quality of China's manufacturing industry.This paper mainly studies two problems: how to evaluate the intellectualization level of China's manufacturing industry,and what development path should China's government consider.At first,this paper makes a comprehensive review on the research literatures on China's manufacturing industry over the past 70 years,analyzes the great achievements and main challenges in the development of China's manufacturing industry,and introduces a conclusion that China's manufacturing industry is objectively inevitable to carry out the intellectualization reform.Then,this paper conducts an empirical study on China's intelligent manufacturing,and constructs a three-fold benchmark to evaluate the intellectualization level of manufacturing industry,by systematically considering the overall perspective,the industrial perspective and the enterprise perspective.After that,this paper conducts another empirical study on the mechanism of intellectualization reform on the green development of China's manufacturing industry,and makes a comprehensive discussion on the state-of-theart,the development prospects,and introduces some innovative measures.At last,this paper proposes a development path of China's intelligent manufacturing industry,as well as some key measures within the path,to China's government,and proposes some future research directions.This paper finds that:(1)the scale of China's manufacturing industry has remained the first in the world for many years,but the problems of weak independent innovation ability,high dependence on foreign core technology and low utilization rate of resources and energy are still prominent.(2)The high-quality development of China's manufacturing industry needs to transform to green and intelligent direction,and intelligent is the core direction.(3)The intelligence level of China's manufacturing industry shows a rising trend,but there are obvious regional differences.The overall evaluation,industry evaluation and enterprise evaluation show that endogenous factors such as technology research and development,cost pressure and human capital play an important role in promoting the intelligence of manufacturing industry.(4)The intelligent strategy and path of China's manufacturing industry are roughly the same and slightly different from those of developed countries.The intelligent characteristics of China's manufacturing industry are mainly coordinated with greenization,intelligentization promotes the green process of manufacturing industry,and green orientation promotes intelligentization to obtain continuous and efficient collaborative benefits.Financial institutions can accurately serve the intelligent process of China's manufacturing industry with big data fusion technology,and obtain more financial innovation opportunities.This paper puts forward that the backward basic level of intelligent technology is the key bottleneck restricting the intelligentization of China's manufacturing industry,mainly in chips,CNC equipment,industrial software and other aspects.The core technology depends on imports and is restricted by people.The breakthrough paths include:(1)Strengthen the research of intelligent basic theory,break through the core key technologies around high-end chips and high-end equipment.(2)Accelerate the construction of industrial Internet,optimize the ecological environment for intelligent development.(3)Cultivate intelligent compound talents through industry university research cooperation.(4)Strengthen the synergy of financial services,more effectively promote the process of intelligent manufacturing in China.
