Research On International Comparison Of Green Innovation System In Manufacturing Industry

Since the financial crisis broke out in2008, the world economy was seriouslyinjured. By the enlightenment of U.S. sub prime crisis, many countries decide toshift the focus to the development of manufacturing industry, adopting industrialsalvation strategy. As the pillar industry of China, manufacturing industry hashad years of development, and also has achieved a certain status in the world.But affected by the energy crisis, China has to change its “high consumption,high pollution and high emission” developing mode, and makes an environmentalfriendly transition by means of energy saving and emission reduction, andgradually perfects the manufacturing green innovation system.Based on the existing research, this dissertation studies and comparesdomestic and foreign manufacturing green innovation system, and combined withthe current situation of Chinese manufacturing industry, this dissertation providesa theoretical basis for further perfecting Chinese manufacturing green innovationsystem.First of all, based on the analysis of experts and scholars on green innovationand innovation system from home and abroad, this dissertation further analyzesthe characteristic and connotation of manufacturing green innovation system, andrefines the composition elements, influential factors and specific goals ofmanufacturing green innovation system, laying a theoretical basis for furtherresearch on manufacturing green innovation system.Secondly, this dissertation studies the manufacturing green innovation policyand mode of foreign countries such as the United States, Japan, Germany, Indiaand Brazil, and then compares with Chinese manufacturing green innovationpolicy and mode. And based on the experience and lessons from the developmentof foreign countries’ manufacturing green innovation system, this dissertationresults in some enlightenment to the development of Chinese manufacturing green innovation system, and then provides a reference to the development ofChinese manufacturing green innovation system.Finally, this dissertation analyzes the more than sixty years developmentcourse of Chinese manufacturing industry and further analyzes the presentsituation and problems of Chinese manufacturing green innovation system. Thenconducts a comparative analysis on innovation capability index of variouscountries’ manufacturing green innovation system by using the grey correlationmethod, and concludes the degree of association of each index with innovationcapability and orders them. And the results show that the number of enterprisesabove designated size with research institution, green innovation R&Dexpenditure intensity and green innovation R&D personnel intensity ranks top3.On this basis, this dissertation puts forward some suggestions to further improvethe innovation capability of Chinese manufacturing green innovation system.
