Green manufacturing is the only way that the industry has to take to complete transformation and upgrading.As a super country in the manufacturing industry,China is still developing in a way of high-investment,high-consumption,and high-discharging.The performance of resource/energy consumption and contamination discharge is far away from the performance of leading countries.The amount of discharged pollutant almost reaches to the maximum level of environmental capacity and it is quite difficult for the.environment to take over more pollutants.So it's of great urgency demands immediate action to accelerate the development of green manufacturing.By the doing green manufacturing projects and overall implementation of green manufacturing,it will not only alleviate the constraints of existing environmental bottleneck and has a practical significance to foster new economic growth points,but also has a profound meaning of acceleration of economic transformation,driving industry upgrading and boosting the competitiveness of manufacturing industry worldwide,S company is an important production base of American company in China.It mainly produces industrial controllers and automotive sensors.S company was founded in 1996.In the past 20 years,although the company has made great achievements,there is still a big gap between the manufacturing mode and green manufacturing.The environmental pollution problem has not been solved from the source,lacking theoretical guidance and operational practice.As the national environmental protection policy tends to be strict and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,green manufacturing has become the direction that companies must pay attention to and develop.Based on the related documents of color manufacturing,this paper makes a systematic investigation on the manufacturing status of S Company,and analyzes the following challenges of green manufacturing in S Company:the lack of uniformity,systematicness and randomness of manufacturing activities.The resource utilization ratio of manufacturing process and the recovery rate of product equipment are low,the design ability is insufficient,and the scientific production and manufacturing management method and technical means are lacking.Production and manufacturing personnel cannot meet the requirements of the company and has not yet built a perfect talent education and training system.Based on the analysis of the opportunity of green manufacturing in S Company,the operation mode of green manufacturing is designed around the resource utilization,energy consumption and environmental impact,and the practical path is put forward.In the aspect of green management,we should make clear the development strategy,target and operation mode of green manufacturing,innovate the organization structure and management mode of green manufacturing,strengthen the propaganda of green manufacturing and perfect the information transmission mechanism of production line.In the aspect of green design,we should perfect product structure,key technology,green material,green process,design for disassembly and recovery,and green packaging and treatment.Green process and production should be perfected and realized.Lean production.In the aspect of cultivating green talents,we should construct a complete training system of enterprises,determine the training mode,implement the teaching staff and institutionalize the training work.Through the research of this paper,it can help S Company to realize the transformation or upgrade from the traditional manufacturing mode to the green manufacturing mode,optimize and save the use of resources and energy,reduce the negative impact on the natural environment,and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise.So that the enterprise in the international competition in an advantageous position.
