The effective coordinated development of Jing-Jin-Ji industry depends on establishing a high-quality industrial specialization system,and the adjustment of the structure and layout of the regional industrial chain has become an essential part of coordinated development.As a key industry for upgrading and transferring industries in Jing-Jin-Ji region,the optimization and reconstruction of the spatial distribution of its industrial chain is particularly critical.At present,the rapid development of next generation information technology such as artificial intelligence,big data,and cloud computing has penetrated the economic society.This has given birth to the new economic form of digital economy,which has a profound impact on the organization and spatial layout logic of the regional manufacturing industry chain and also brings important opportunities for the upgrading and reconstruction of the manufacturing industry chain in Jing-Jin-Ji region.Based on the analysis of the actual needs of the optimization and adjustment of the layout of the manufacturing industry in Jing-Jin-Ji region and the problems existing in the process of industrial upgrading and transfer,combined with the theories of industrial layout,industrial organization,and new economic geography,this dissertation comprehensively applies the methods of input-output analysis,complex network analysis,quantitative empirical analysis,and mathematical model analysis to research on the deconstruction and digital space reconstruction of the manufacturing industry chain in Jing-Jin-Ji region.The main research contents and conclusions of this dissertation are as follows:1.Deconstruct the structure of the manufacturing industry chain in Jing-Jin-Ji region.Based on the input-output tables of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,and the whole country,the input-output table of Jing-Jin-Ji region is compiled under the framework of the Chenery-Moses input-output model.The upstream and downstream sectors of each manufacturing sector are determined based on the backward and forward industry correlation coefficients,and the structure of manufacturing industry chain in Jing-Jin-Ji region is identified.A comparative analysis of the impact of different manufacturing sectors in the regional industrial system shows that communications equipment,computers and other electronic equipment,transportation equipment have a substantial impact,metal smelting and rolling processing products,chemical products have a solid impetus to the development of other industries,and the pulling effect of instruments,electrical machinery,and equipment,general equipment is significant.2.The characteristics of industrial correlation structure and the comparison of key industries in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.The industrial complex network model based on the input-output table of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei was constructed.The industrial linkage structure between Beijing is quite similar to that of Tianjin.The industrial structures of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei are quite similar,especially in Beijing and Tianjin.There is a strong direct correlation between the industries in Beijing and Tianjin,and an apparent indirect correlation between the industries in Hebei.The strongly connected industries in the three industrial systems are different.The key industries in Beijing and Tianjin overlap,and the overlapping industries are manufacturing and producer services.In Hebei's industrial system,the relationship between manufacturing industry and other industries is generally scattered,and the number of key manufacturing industries is relatively small.3.Spatial distribution characteristics of manufacturing industry chain in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei and its influencing factors.Based on the analysis of the number and output value of manufacturing enterprises above the scale of Jing-Jin-Ji region,the following research findings are made.As for the distribution of industrial chain nodes,Tianjin,Beijing,Shijiazhuang,Tangshan and Cangzhou are the core distribution cities.The comprehensive strength of Tianjin's manufacturing industry is the most prominent in the region.Beijing has absolute advantages in the manufacturing industry with high technology and high added value.Shijiazhuang has great advantages in food and beverage,textile,leather and other manufacturing industries.Tangshan has an superior position in metal smelting and metal products.The spatial concentration of computer,communication and other electronic equipment,transportation equipment and automobile manufacturing industry is relatively high.In terms of spatial connection of industrial chain nodes,Jing-Jin-Ji manufacturing industry chain has formed a central and peripheral layout structure with different industries focusing on three core cities,namely Tianjin,Beijing and Shijiazhuang.Tianjin has the most significant radiation driving effect.Beijing has a strong radiation influence on instruments and meters,transportation equipment and communication equipment,computers and other electronic equipment.Shijiazhuang is mainly reflected in textiles,wood processing and other aspects.The upstream cities of Shijiazhuang are mainly distributed in the cities in the south-central part of Hebei Province,and the downstream cities have strong relations with Beijing and Tianjin.Infrastructure,consumption market scale,transportation,postal and warehousing industries,and industrial enterprise scale have a significant positive impact on the spatial distribution of manufacturing industry.The spatial distribution of Jing-Jin-Ji region manufacturing industry chain is the result of the interaction of four major factors,namely,industrial technological and economic linkages,industrial spatial distribution,regional trade linkages,and geographical spatial distance,and the central city plays a key role.4.The influence mechanism of the next generation of information technology on the spatial distribution of manufacturing industry chain in Jing-Jin-Ji region.The next generation of information technology mainly affects the spatial distribution of the manufacturing industry chain in Jing-Jin-Ji region by influencing the traditional location factors of manufacturing industry,industrial agglomeration patterns,transaction costs on the industry chain,etc.And the manufacturing transfer in Jing-Jin-Ji region will be affected by the spatial congestion costs and the difference in information technology levels among the three regions.The influence of the next generation information technology on traditional location factors is that the status of natural resources,transportation costs,and other factors declines,while the status of data,information,and knowledge factors rises.The impact on the industrial agglomeration pattern is mainly reflected in the reduction of production and transaction costs within industrial agglomeration,the enhancement of knowledge spillover effect,and the emergence of a new pattern of virtual agglomeration.The impact on the industrial chain is mainly reflected in the digital economy supported by the next generation of information technology,which drives the industrial chain of manufacturing industry to expand the division of labor boundary,reduce transaction costs,reduce the difference in value distribution among different links and increase the heterogeneity of external demand.Based on the reality of manufacturing transfer in Jing-Jin-Ji region and the center-periphery model in new economic geography,the factors of urban space congestion cost and information technology are introduced to deduce and reveal the impact mechanism of information technology and urban space congestion effect on manufacturing transfer and layout in JingJin-Ji region.Beijing has a high cost of urban space congestion,which has prompted manufacturers to move to Tianjin and Hebei spontaneously.However,Beijing's information technology advantages have promoted the concentration of enterprises in the local area,thus hindering the transfer out of Beijing's manufacturing enterprises.5.Reconstruction of digital space of manufacturing industry chain in Jing-Jin-Ji region.A spatial reconstruction mode of the manufacturing industry chain is proposed based on geographical and digital space coordination.Combined with the problems existing in the industrial chain layout and industrial transfer of Jing-Jin-Ji manufacturing industry,the advantages and general implementation path of the proposed reconstruction mode are analyzed.Based on the impact mechanism of the next generation of information technology on the spatial layout of manufacturing industry chain in Jing-Jin-Ji region,and the basic characteristics of the digital spatial layout of manufacturing industry are analyzed.Furthermore,combined with the case of Foton's upgrading and transferring to Zhangjiakou,the above reconstruction mode and general implementation path are explained.It is considered that “brain-body separation” is an important feature of manufacturing enterprises and industrial chain layouts under the influence of information technology.Through the reconstruction mode and upgrade transfer path of coordination of geographical space and digital space,the upgrade and reconstruction of the industrial chain layout of Jing-Jin-Ji manufacturing industry can be better realized.Combined with the conclusions of this dissertation,countermeasure suggestions such as strengthening the construction and collaborative development of Jing-Jin-Ji industrial Internet platform and creating industrial clusters around the regional manufacturing industry chain division of labor and endowment advantages are proposed for the realization path of the layout optimization and reconfiguration of Jing-Jin-Ji manufacturing industry chain.
