Entering the 21 st century, with the continuous acceleration of world economic globalization and regional economic integration,as well as the deepening of the degree of openness and cooperation among neighboring countries, the Lancang-Mekong Sub-regional Cooperation Zone,as "one river connects six countries",is not only a connection An important bridge between China and the ASEAN region,it is also one of the key areas for cooperation between China and Southeast Asian countries and other developed countries or international organizations.Although Yunnan and Laos,Myanmar and Thailand's "Golden Four Corners" agricultural cooperation has achieved certain results under the Greater Mekong Sub-regional cooperation, the original sub-regional cooperation mechanism in the new era has limited results and is difficult to advance. With the establishment of the Lancang-Mekong Cooperation mechanism It provides new opportunities and new ways for the upgrading of agricultural cooperation in the "Golden Four Corners" area of ??Yunnan,Laos,Myanmar and Thailand. In view of this, this paper takes Yunnan and Laos Myanmar-Thailand "Golden Four Corners" agricultural cooperation area as an example from the perspective of Lancang-Mekong cooperation, relying on GIS,RS and Eviews6.Based on the Topsis entropy weight method and gravity model, etc.,the environmental foundation, temporal and spatial pattern, main cooperation fields and effects of agricultural cooperation in the study area are analyzed, and the existing problems are deeply analyzed, and then the potential of agricultural economic cooperation is predicted and analyzed, and suggestions for promotion are proposed. The mechanism and development model of the "Golden Four Corners" agricultural economic cooperation between Yunnan and Laos,Myanmar and Thailand. The study found:(1)At the present stage, with the interaction of population growth, accelerated resource consumption and economic development,China faces a structural contradiction between the rigid growth of total demand for agricultural resources and agricultural products and the accelerated and sharp decrease in resource consumption. The Lao-Myanmar-Thailand sub-regional cooperation region has a tropical climate with high temperature and rainfall, fertile soil and a wide variety of biological resources, and is the world's major production area for food, sugar and other cash crops.Among them,Myanmar and Thailand are the main exporters of rice in the world and export rice of high quality, while Thailand mainly produces and exports natural rubber.Yunnan faces a strong complementarity in the Lao-Myanmar-Thailand sub-regional cooperation region which is rich in natural resources. Therefore, making full use of the agricultural resources of the Lao-Myanmar-Thai sub-regional cooperation area is not only conducive to enhancing Yunnan's openness to Lao-Myanmar-Thailand,but also beneficial to the promotion of global development and poverty reduction.(2)At the bilateral level,China and the Lao-Myanmar-Thai sub-regional cooperation countries have signed bilateral trade collaboration in agriculture, which in turn has promoted bilateral policy reciprocity and exchange, agricultural politics and technology, and trade in agricultural products;the cooperation zone has strengthened the training of agricultural science and technology talents and also introduced corresponding measures and policies to retain talents,so that there is no brain drain. At the multilateral level, based on the China-ASEAN regional cooperation mechanism,Yunnan and Lao-Myanmar-Thailand have developed complementary and mutually beneficial cooperation in personnel training, technology exchange, free trade in agricultural products, and prevention and control of animal and plant epidemics, which has contributed to the improvement of the region's comprehensive food production capacity. In addition, under the framework of the Greater Mekong Sub-region(GMS)cooperation,the six Mekong countries established the GMS Agricultural Cooperation Working Group mechanism in2001 to promote cooperation in the fields of planting, breeding, agricultural products processing, infrastructure construction, agricultural science and technology exchange, and alternative planting.(3)The coefficients of the two regressions are consistent with the theoretical requirements, except for the insignificant coefficient of the dummy variable H,which indicates whether Yunnan borders with Lao-Myanmar-Thailand,and the coefficients of the other explanatory variables. The dummy variable of whether Yunnan borders with Lao-Myanmar-Thailand is insignificant, which indicates that whether Yunnan borders with Lao-Myanmar-Thailand has no effect on the flow of bilateral agricultural cooperation. The predicted value of bilateral agricultural cooperation between Yunnan and Lao-Myanmar-Thailand is then predicted based on the regression equation of the gravity model of agricultural cooperation, and the potential of agricultural cooperation between Yunnan and Lao-Myanmar-Thailand is measured using the regression equation obtained from the regression analysis of the gravity model.Based on the above analysis, the agricultural cooperation between Yunnan and Lao-Myanmar-Thailand is divided into three main types:agricultural investment, agricultural trade and agricultural aid.(4)China has always attached great importance to agricultural economic cooperation with Myanmar,Thailand and Laos. With its unique geographical advantages,Yunnan has developed a deeper and wider range of agricultural economic cooperation with Myanmar,Thailand and Laos.At present, the agricultural cooperation between Myanmar,Thailand and Laos covers agricultural production, transnational agricultural trade, transnational agricultural investment, agricultural science and technology exchanges, and agricultural infrastructure construction. However, the agricultural economic cooperation between Myanmar,Thailand and Laos has problems such as trade volume and structure, investment volume and structure, technology and service cooperation, cooperation mode and level, and cooperation mechanism and platform. The situation has undergone major changes, and Yunnan-Laos-Myanmar-Thailand agricultural economic cooperation is facing many new challenges. The joint construction of the "Belt and Road" has stimulated the vitality of agricultural economic cooperation between Yunnan,Myanmar,Thailand and Laos, and provided potential space for agricultural investment, agricultural technology and service structure, and development space for cooperation systems.Under the new situation,it is necessary to promote the upgrading of agricultural economic cooperation between Yunnan,Laos,Myanmar and Thailand as soon as possible. This study clarifies the upgrading goals of Yunnan-Myanmar-Thailand-Laos agricultural economic cooperation, and clarifies the upgrading of agricultural economic cooperation in terms of trade and investment facilitation, competition and cooperation within agricultural industries, agricultural infrastructure cooperation, expansion of agricultural service cooperation, and technical standards for agricultural cooperation.Key link. After referring to the advanced experience of many countries, the agricultural economic cooperation upgrading strategy, agricultural economic cooperation upgrading mode and agricultural economic cooperation upgrading mechanism system were constructed. The agricultural economic cooperation between Myanmar,Thailand and Laos has a certain foundation. It is necessary to seize the good opportunities brought by the joint construction of the "Belt and Road",make plans according to the situation, take advantage of the situation, and follow the trend to promote the upgrading of agricultural economic cooperation between Myanmar,Thailand and Laos.
