The supply advantages of railway passenger transport formed by the continuous development of China high-speed railway construction and the rapid growth of railway business mileage,as well as the resource advantages formed by train lines at all railway stations,accommodation and catering,and rich scenic spots along the line,have promoted the formation of the spatial pattern of the tourism market with the railway network as the support and the cities along the lines as the center.These laid the foundation for the development of railway tourism and created a growth space.Traditional railway tourism is operated by railway enterprises distributed all over the country,which is lack of coordination and cooperation as a whole,the quality of service supply is insufficient,and the market competitiveness is relatively weak.Guided by the improvement of the overall operation level of railway tourism and tourist satisfaction,it is extremely urgent to strengthen the coordination among relevant parties of railway tourism service supply chain and improve the supply capacity and overall competitiveness of railway tourism service.Therefore,combined with the structural characteristics of railway tourism supply chain,this thesis researches the collaborative optimization of relevant weak links,and excavates the operation rules and management countermeasures of railway tourism service supply chain,so as to help the relevant parties of railway tourism supply chain make scientific decisions and improve the level of cooperation.From the perspective of railway tourism service supply chain,railway passenger transport resources are the core and foundation of its development and growth.The coordination between relevant railway enterprises and between railway enterprises and local governments is the key link to improve its operation level.The improvement and optimization of railway tourism service platform is the strategic requirement to improve user satisfaction and adapt to the development trend.Based on this,the thesis mainly carries out four aspects of research:(1)It discusses the collaborative optimization of railway tourism and railway passenger transport.This research constructs the model on the synergy degree of the composite system of railway tourism and railway passenger transport,measures and analyzes the pattern of the coordinated development of railway tourism and passenger transport from 2010 to 2020.It shows the stable orderly growth rate of the subsystem of railway tourism and railway passenger transport,while the coordination growth rate of the subsystem of railway tourism and railway passenger transportation fluctuates.The coordinated development of railway tourism and passenger transportation is further explored from three dimensions including management collaboration,resource collaboration and service collaboration.(2)This research explores the optimization of cooperation among railway tourism providers.This research constructs the revenue function of railway tourism service provider and the corporation model based on evolutionary games.Through multi-agent modeling and simulation analysis,it is found that collaboration is beneficial to railway enterprises,and the collaboration mechanism participated by China Railway Group makes the overall revenue better,further putting forward suggestions on the realization of this collaboration mechanism from perspectives of equity management and divisional management system.(3)This research explores the optimization of railway tourist-dedicated train operation based on the cooperation between railway enterprises and local governments.Based on the perspective of win-win cooperation between railways and local governments,this research constructs the respective revenue models of railway enterprises and local governments and the decision-making model for railway tourism special trains,and proposes a algorithm model.The parameter sensitivity analysis shows that railway tourism needs to strengthen the development of medium and high-end customers,therefore further proposes strategies to improve the quality of railway tourism special trains from the perspectives of cooperation with highly attractive tourist cities,service quality improvement on special tourist trains and development of pedigree tourist products.(4)This thesis researches the optimization of railway tourism service platform based on the empirical analysis of user willingness.Based on the UTAUT model which introduces authoritative variables of products or services,this research constructs the information technology adoption model applied on the railway tourism service platform,and carries out empirical analysis on the patterns of users’ willingness to use and user behaviors.The conclusion shows that performance expectations have positive impacts on user behaviors.Authority of products and services,payment expectations,convenience,and social impacts have positive impacts on users’ willingness to use.Perception risks and trust levels have negative impacts on users’ willingness to use.Users’ willingness to use has positive impacts on user behavior.Therefore this thesis further proposes methods to optimize the relevant functions of the railway tourism service platform,from the perspectives of developing characteristic e-commerce,building conference service system,and enhancing related service functions.This research has the following innovations:(1)This research constructs the synergy measurement model of railway tourism and railway passenger transport,proposes evaluation system on railway passenger transport subsystem and railway tourism subsystem from five dimensions including market scale and revenue scale,discusses the coordinated development of railway tourism and railway passenger transport in the past decade,and proposes strategies on the coordinated between railway tourism and passenger transport in a targeted manner.(2)This research proposes cooperation mechanisms between railway tourism-related subjects,constructs evolutionary game model between related railway enterprises,and puts forward the collaboration mechanism among 18 railway bureau group companies under the guidance and participation of the China Railway Group,providing theoretical support for railway tourism-related subjects.(3)This research proposes decision-making optimization method for initiating railway tourism special trains under the background of cooperation between railway enterprises and local governments,and constructs the respective revenue models of railway enterprises and local governments and the decision-making model for initiating railway tourism special trains,which effectively describes the cooperation between railway enterprises and local governments,proposing decision-making model solution algorithms,and providing theoretical support for optimizing the decision-making of launching railway tourism special trains.(4)This research constructs information technology adoption model for railway tourism service platform and carries out empirical research.Based on inheriting the traditional UTAUT model,this research introduces the authoritative dimension of product or service,forming a research model and a measurement method on users’ willingness to use,and proposing a platform optimization path based on the empirical research results.From the perspective of improving the competitiveness of the railway tourism service supply chain,this research closely follows the reality of railway tourism development,further reveals the operation laws of railway tourism,such as resource coordination,management coordination,product optimization and service optimization,and enriches the theoretical research on railway tourism.Through finding and solving the problems,the research forms new ideas,new methods and practical policy suggestions to enhance the competitiveness of the railway tourism service supply chain,which is conducive to promoting the development of railway tourism service network,scale and brand,and then promoting the railway to achieve high-quality development.This research has 39 figures,19 tables and 153 references.
