| In the era of innovation-driven knowledge economy,design awards,as an innovative platform for selecting excellent works and disseminating the knowledge value of works,as well as an important means to enhance the discourse power of Chinese design and spread Chinese traditional culture,have attracted more and more attention from the government,enterprises and universities.Gradually,there forms some national design awards represented by the Good Design Award,Guangdong Governor’s Cup and Design Intelligence Award(DIA)etc.Different from the talents cultivation of design education,the training of design practical ability in universities,the excellent design knowledge in design awards presents the characteristics of problem-oriented,cutting-edge and interdisciplinary with case as the center.As an agglomeration of excellent design resources,design awards have become an important activity to promote economic and social development,improve product quality and enlightens the public,as well as a part of the national innovation system.Based on the research and comparison of industrial design awards at home and abroad(i F,Red Dot,G-mark,IDEA,ADI Compasso d’oro and DIA included),this study explores the structure and relationship of design award knowledge network from the perspective of dynamic coupling in the field of organization management.In order to provide enterprises,universities and society with knowledge network reference model from the perspective of design subject under the trend of rapid change and increasingly complex design problems.This paper combines literature research with case study,questionnaire research with comparative study,theory research with project practice.Based on the literature research of Design awards and Knowledge networks,this paper first proposes a special knowledge Network form,Design Award Knowledge Network(DAKN),which is defined as a kind of values around design awards.Through knowledge exchange activities,the behavior subject and knowledge ontology are connected to each other,so that the design knowledge can be acquired,shared and recreated.The generalized knowledge network is characterized by dynamic evolution of knowledge reform,open and loose competition and cooperation,and the value orientation of award review.Secondly,this paper analyzes the three structural elements of DAKN,among which knowledge resource is the basic element,behavior subject is the key element,and policy mechanism is the safeguard element.On this basis,three modes of content coupling,role coupling and interaction coupling of DAKN were proposed according to the coupling relation of mutual correlation and mutual regulation among structural elements.Then,this paper makes a specific analysis of these coupling modes.As for DAKN content coupling,it also includes trend cognition,common clustering and structural analysis from the whole network to local nodes.By studying and designing the knowledge representation,storage and management of award knowledge resources themselves,it lays a foundation for its knowledge transmission.Knowledge flow in DAKN is mainly the result of role coupling.All participants in DAKN play different roles in the network.In terms of knowledge transfer,knowledge providers and receivers can be simplified,and internal network and external network,similar network and heterogeneous network are formed in a dynamic transformation way.The interactive coupling structure can be divided into horizontal network structure to promote knowledge transmission,vertical network structure to promote knowledge reuse and multi-dimensional network structure to promote knowledge innovation according to different value objectives.The interactive coupling behavior pattern can be divided into internal coupling on individuals(design inspiration),public coupling on organizations(modular innovation),inter-organizational control coupling(collaborative innovation),and indirect coupling on society(open innovation)according to different objects.On this basis,this paper attempts to construct a DAKN model.Based on the analysis of dynamic coupling relations between different behavioral agents,it explores the effective mechanism of organizing,transferring and generating knowledge,so as to stimulate the innovation and creativity of each line of the main body layer.Finally,based on the author’s organizational and practical work in China Design Intelligence Awards(DIA),this paper deeply analyzes and reflects on the two knowledge exchange activities that the author has carried out personally,and puts forward strategic suggestions on optimizing the activity of DIA knowledge network based on the investigation and summary of the project.The innovation of this paper is that it puts forward the strategic conception of applying knowledge network theory to design awards,and finds a new entry point for the construction of knowledge value dissemination and knowledge sharing platform from the aspects of structural analysis of knowledge network,transformation of knowledge ability of actors,knowledge value dissemination and knowledge network practice exploration.By studying the dynamic coupling relationship between knowledge ontology and behavior subject,this paper discusses the multilevel effect of knowledge transmission in design awards,and proposes that the dynamic knowledge network of design awards is the sustainable kinetic energy to promote the innovation ability of Chinese society.Design award is a huge treasure house of innovation resources.Its capability is not only a system to evaluate and reward excellent design,but also a knowledge sharing ecosystem,which provides design support for enterprises through this ecological network and makes it become the external knowledge base of enterprises.To enhance the design education for colleges and universities,so that the ability of design talents in competition and cooperation;To popularize design awareness and improve public design aesthetics is the value goal of design award knowledge network in three aspects: industrial development,design education and social promotion. |
