With the improvement of road network,the road management department is facing the management model transformation from the road section to the road network management model,to better maintain a good road network operation status.Due to the continuous influence of various random factors,the operation reliability of road network(ORRN)can well meet the random characteristics of the road network operation status.Due to the direct contact with the driving vehicle,the pavement deformation will continue to affect driving comfort and even driving safety,which leads to a decrease in driving speed and road section capacity,and the road network operation status is also changed through the traffic assignment.Generally speaking,the pavement roughness is used to measure the vertical deformation,and the pavement ruts is used to measure the horizontal deformation.The impact of pavement deformation on the road network operation status is inevitable and cannot be ignored.At present,the road network operation status has rarely considered the pavement deformation into consideration in related studies,and the traditional pavement deformation maintenance decision-making is insufficient for random consideration of the road network operation status.Therefore,as a part of National Key R&D Program of China(No.2018YFB1600304),the ORRN has been taken as the research object,and the pavement deformation has been chosen as the influencing factor.The direct connection between the pavement deformation and the road network operation status has been explored from the two perspectives of driving comfort and driving safety,and the influence of pavement deformation on the ORRN has been revealed.Based on the results of influence research,the pavement deformation maintenance decisionmaking for ORRN has been carried out.First of all,the influence of pavement deformation on road section capacity has been proposed.Under the conditions of dynamic pavement roughness,based on the balance between driving comfort and driving efficiency,the choice of driving speed has been analyzed,and the free flow speed correction model of the road section has been built and verified.Based on driving safety rigid constraints,the joint simulation model of ruts-vehicle has been built and verified,and the relationship between rainfall intensity,depth of ruts,and driving speed has been established based on layered fitting.The free flow speed correction model of the road section has been built and verified under the conditions of road ruts and rainfall coupling.Because of the abnormality of pavement deformation on the road section,the dynamic length of the pavement deformation assessment unit has been proposed based on the orderly cluster,and the road section capacity correction method has been established that considering the abnormality of the pavement deformation.Secondly,the research on ORRN has been carried out based on road section capacity correction.Based on the influence time step of driving comfort and explicitability,the monthlytime ORRN simulation model under the conditions of dynamic pavement roughness,has been built.Sensitivity analysis of the simulation model parameter based on the orthogonal test has been carried out.The attenuation law of pavement roughness with pavement-age has been chosen to characterize the time characteristics,and the road network weighted pavement roughness indicators has been proposed to characterize the space characteristics.The influence of time-space characteristics of pavement roughness on the ORRN has been quantified.Under the conditions of coupling of pavement ruts and rainfall,based on the real-time rigid constraints of driving safety,the modification coefficient of road network traffic demand level and the impedance correction function of the road section have been proposed,and the minute-time dynamic traffic distribution model(DTA)has been built and verified.Based on the DTA model,the influence of the rainfall environment(rainfall intensity and rainfall process included)on the ORRN has been quantified.Finally,research on maintenance decision-making of pavement deformation for the ORRN has been carried out.In response to the problem of low utilization of historical maintenance data,a matching method based on historical data which includes similar road section sextracting(K-Median cluster algorithm)and historical decision-making matching(Page Rank algorithm),has been proposed.A pavement deformation prevention maintenance decision-making model under the funding constraints has been established for the ORRN.The total optimization method of multiple candidate maintenance solutions has been proposed.The maintenance decision-making model,solved based on the discrete particle group algorithm,can be used to effectively and quickly choose preventive maintenance solutions under funding constraints.In order to fully consider the interaction between the traffic operation status and the pavement deformation,an interactive impact model has been established based on the difficulties of continuous detection techniques on traffic operation status and pavement deformation.Based on the interactive impact model,a pre-evaluation framework of the ORRN has been proposed for the pavement deformation maintenance,to evaluate the ORRN change under different maintenance traffic organizations and choose appropriate maintenance traffic organization forms.This article proposes a grading quantitative method of pavement deformation on the ORRN based on road section level to road network level.The influence analysis of the pavement deformation on the ORRN has been carried out.Based on the results of influence research,the pavement deformation maintenance decision-making for ORRN has been carried out.Research results can improve the theory of road section capacity and the ORRN,and provide the theoretical basis for the maintenance decision-making of pavement deformation from the orientation of the ORRN.
