Research On The High-quality Development Of Cultural Industry In Southwest Ethnic China

As an important part of national soft power,culture cannot flourish without the support of cultural undertakings,not to say the promotion of cultural industries.The prosperous development of cultural industry provides an important carrier and necessary support for the cultural construction and prosperity of socialist China,and is the only and effective way for the prosperity of Chinese culture under the socialist market conditions.In the new period,our economy has entered the stage of high quality development,and the development of cultural industries needs to change from speed growth to quality growth.The ratio of cultural industry in Southwest ethnic minority areas to the national cultural industry is low,the overall development level and competitiveness of cultural industry are at a low level nationwide,and the contribution to economic growth is low,which is inconsistent with the positioning of cultural industry as the pillar industry of provinces and regions in Southwest ethnic minority areas for many times.Only by transforming and upgrading the cultural industry in Southwest minority areas and taking the road of high-quality development can the cultural industry really play an important role in economic development.Guided by the new development concept,this paper focuses on the sustainable development of culture according to the theory of sustainable development,and draws on the theory of cultural ecology to comprehensively and systematically analyze and study the high-quality development of cultural industries in the interactive relationship between environment(resources),people(innovation and consumption)and culture(industry)in ethnic areas.Based on the double goals of social and economic benefits of Chinese culture industry,this paper studies the connotation of high-quality development of culture industry under new development concepts and establishes the index system of high-quality development of culture industry in five dimensions.In the context of cultural ecological resources in southwest ethnic minority areas,this paper summarizes the three stages and characteristics of cultural industry development in Southwest ethnic minority areas since the implementation of the Western development strategy,which are the reform and development stage(2000-2010),the characteristic development stage(2011-2017)and the transformation and upgrading stage since 2018.By analyzing the historical stage of cultural industry development and summarizing typical events of cultural industry development,this paper studies the interaction mechanism between cultural industry development and the development of southwest ethnic areas.The development of cultural industry has special significance to southwest minority areas:high-quality development is the need for the transformation and upgrading of cultural industry,the need for the economic and social development of southwest minority areas,the need for cultural inheritance and innovation,and the need for the development of border areas with "culture".By selecting the key indicators of high quality development of cultural industry for measurement,generally speaking,cultural industry in southwest minority areas has basically had the economic foundation,social foundation and infrastructure for high quality development;The cultural industry in southwest minority areas develops rapidly,the cultural industry system is perfect and the characteristic cultural industry develops rapidly.Cultural industry consumption is more convenient;The spatial distribution of cultural industries in cities,scenic spots and villages has its own characteristics;Cultural industries in Southwest ethnic minority areas are actively "going out" to expand their foreign influence.At the same time,the high quality development of cultural industry in southwest minority areas has the problems of insufficient innovation,lagging science and technology level and "Colorful Guizhou" brand as a case,through the questionnaire survey and interview,analyzes the provincial cultural brand operation experience and enlightenment;Through the field investigation,this paper analyzes the high-quality cultural content and multiple benefits of "Eternal Love of Jiuzhai",as well as its experience and enlightenment to the performing arts industry.Finally,the paper puts forward the path of high-quality development of cultural industry in southwest minority areas,taking culture as the core,promoting the integrated development of cultural industry with other industries
